Beware of a false prophet in the Philippine, who professed to be the antitypical Elijah the

Tishbite after the death of Bro. Victor T. Houteff

I n t r o d u c t i o n

very “present truth” believer should have certainly known that the Laodicean Church is the last Church of God in the history of this world. And this is the Church that is first to be purified to get the 144.000 saints

delivered in the near future, that through them the whole world could have been warned of their sins and then to be purified through the third angel’s message of Revelation 14 under the power of the SPIRIT OF THE LATTER RAIN to come. The Laodicean Church was first established in 1844 by the servant of the Lord Mrs. Ellen G. White, and was founded upon the basic Law of the Ten Commandments and the third angel’s message of Revelation 14. Then due to the fall of her angel of the Laodicean Church in the sin of Luke warmness in 1888, that the Lord had sent them “A Call for a spiritual revival and reformation” through their official organ “Review and Herald” of February 25, 1902. And due to their rejection against the Call, then through His servant Bro. Victor T. Houteff the Laodicean Church of SDA should have been reorganized as follows : First the Organization of General Conference of SDA was reorganized into the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, USA, in 1935, and the law upon which the new Organization and the Church were now founded should have been developed into The Law of the Ten Commandments on the first place and the combination of the third angel’s message by Mrs. White and the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1, or the Shepherd’s Rod by Bro. Houteff on the other side. The combination of those two messages is for enlightening the earth, and that is according to the servant of the Lord herself in her book The Early Writings, p. 277. And the combination of those two messages are now found

in the golden bowl of the prophecy of Zechariah chapter 4, and also in The SPIRIT OF PROPHECY of Revelation 19 : 10. Due to the fact that the objective of the combined messages is for enlightening the earth, to begin in our own Church of the Laodiceans, then under the light of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY in the golden bowl, we are to try to spotlight the activities of a certain R O D believer in the Philippine, who is now promoting himself through the website unto all the world that he is the last prophet following Bro. Victor T. Houteff, to be the antitypical Elijah the Tishbite. To that end, let us spotlight on him and his activities by answering to ourselves the following questions here below :

1. Is his existence as a servant of the Lord, a prophet and his message, available in the prophecy of Zechariah chapter 4 ?

2. Could it be justified in the message of the Rod that God’s servant and his message for this time of the end to come and proclaimed from outside USA as the land of English speaking people ? Note : Let us read again carefully : THE FATE OF ASSYRIA, AND THE TRIUMPH OF THE CHURCH, Timely Greetings, Vol. 1, No. 23, p. 6.

3. Could it be justified for him to re-establish a world Organization of Layman’s Movement in the Philippine as a media of unifier of Davidian SDA ? Is that not against the will of God as those prophesied by Zechariah 13 : 6, 7 ?

4. Due to the fact that the Organization of Layman’s Movement has now been in existent in the Philippine. Could they still be categorized as “those standing idlers” in the market place of the Laodicean Church ?

Is his existence as a servant of the Lord, a prophet and

his message, available in the prophecy of Zechariah chapter 4 ? Since this prophecy of Zechariah chapter 4 has been well-known among all of us, I want to quote here below only some of the verses as follows :

Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right

side of the candlesticks and upon the left side thereof? And I answered again, and

said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden

pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves ? And he answered me and said,

Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord. Then said he, these are

the two anointed ones that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.” – Zechariah 4 :

From the above pictorial prophecy we know that the Bible, which consists of the Old and the New Testaments, is represented by the two olive trees and their branches. Both olive trees and their branches contained the golden oil. And as shown in the picture “the two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves. This must unavoidably mean that the Bible according to Amos 3 : 7 should have been fully interpreted in this time of

the end, into the golden bowl, which represents THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY of Revelation 19 : 10. And since all the prophets, who have been implicated in the work of providing the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY in the time of the end, are none other than Mrs. Ellen G. White as founder of the Laodicean Church of SDA, with her message : The Spirit of Prophecy of the third angel of Revelation 14 : 6 – 9, and Bro. Victor T. Houteff as founder of the Laodicean Church of Davidian SDA with his Shepherd’s Rod message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1, Micah 6 : 9 , and Isaiah chapter 28. Then they both would unavoidably be represented by the two golden pipes in the prophecy of Zechariah chapter 4, whose painstaking efforts have successfully united both their messages into THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY of Revelation 19 : 10, to enlighten the whole earth up to the close of probation in the heavenly court of justice in the heavenly sanctuary. Prophet Zechariah in his prophecy further said : “Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it ; and thou shall know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you.” – Zechariah 4 : 8, 9. Zerubbabel would unavoidably represent Bro. Victor T. Houteff as the last prophet. As well as mentioned in the “I n t r o d u c t i o n“ above that the foundation of the house now has been developed into The Law of Ten Commandments and the SPIRT OF PROPHECY of Revelation 19 : 10. Since the building of the house is yet to be finished in the future, when the kingdom of the 144.000 saints of God should have been established in the Palestine, it should have been understood that “Houteff’s own hands shall also finish it“. But since Houteff is no more alive now, then his hands represented by The CONSTITUTION and THE BY LAWS of THE DAVIDIAN SDA codified by him beforehand, would have accomplished the building of the house in the future in the Palestine. The Conclusion is now clear, that the man who professed to be the last prophet of God following Bro. Houteff‘s death in 1955, would be only a false messenger. Neither him nor his message could ever be found in any of the prophecies of the Bible, nor in their interpretations in the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY.

( 2 ) The presence of the Organization of the Laodicean Church must be in

the midst of the English speaking nation (USA) according the prophecy

Victor T. Houteff, whom in the prophecy, had laid the foundation of our house (the Laodicean Church of SDA) had his origin in Bulgaria. He was not directly appointed by the Lord in Bulgaria to represent Him, that later he might establish the Organization of the General Association of Davidian SDA in Bulgaria. No, not at all. Although Seventh day Adventist Church could be found everywhere in the world, even also in Bulgaria. The fact is clear, however, that the Lord wanted him first moved to the USA. And there he was then acquainted with the English language and the Law and the Spirit of prophecy. And he was then baptized in 1919 as a new convert in the faith of SDA. And not too long after that he was then appointed by the Lord to be His servant, which is the last prophet of this time of the end.

In regard to the English speaking nation wherein God’s Church and His Truth should have been accommodated and protected, Bro. Houteff said : “From this we see that the Assyria under discussion exists in the time of the end, the time in which the great and dreadful day of the Lord takes place. This Assyria, therefore, is antitype of the ancient Assyria just as the Babylon of Revelation 17, and 18 is an antitype of the ancient Babylon.

“Assyria, charges Inspiration, is a rejoicing city that dwells carelessly, that says in her heart, “I am, and there is none beside me.” Zephaniah 2 : 15.

“At this point let us pause a moment and summarize the characteristics by which this modern Assyria is to be identified. (1) As man looks at things, she is so great that there is none like her. She is well instructed in the things of God. (2) She is oppressive, a hard ruling nation. (3) She has polluted the sanctuary and has declared the law of God void. (4) She has piled up wealth by going after it as an evening wolf goes after its prey. (5) She harbors the church of God. (6) She exists in the time the Lord is to manifest His power and destroy all the wicked nations. (7) She is an Assyrian-like nation, widespread, a nation of conquests.

“There is but one people under the sun that answers to all these descriptions, and that people is, of course, the English-speaking people, in whose midst is the church, and from whose midst the Gospel and the Bible flow out to all nations. As clear as language can make it, the burden of the prophet Zephaniah is for the English- speaking Christian world.

“God is now saying to Assyria’s capital city, “Indeed, you are doing all these abominations, but you will not thus continue long. The time is at hand.” Put a stop to your absurdities.“ – The Timely Greetings, vol. 1 No. 23.

The Laodicean Church of SDA, and the Laodicean Church of Davidian SDA as the revival and reformed Church of SDA to meet the Call for a spiritual revival and spiritual reformation by Mrs. White since February 25, 1902, must unavoidably be centered in the United States of Amerika as the English speaking nation. And from there the Gospel and the Bible flow out to all nations. Thus is it according to the prophecy. Not to be centered in the Philippine.

Could it be justified to re-establish a world Organization in the Philippine to unify all Davidian SDAs ? Is that not against the will of God as those prophesied by Zechariah 13 : 6, 7 ?

To answer the above question, let us go to prophet Zechariah, who had ever prophesied as follows : “Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the Lord of hosts : smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered : and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.” — Zechariah 13 : 7.

We all know, that the prophecy of Zechariah 13 : 6 and 7 has ever met its fulfillment in the Palestine when Jesus was killed by the Jews in the year 31. However, since all other verses of the prophecy would have met their fulfillment in this time of the end, then the prophecy must unavoidably be fulfilled once again in the time of the end. Thus the death of Bro. Victor T. Houteff as the servant of God in 1955 should have been the antitypical event of the death of Jesus in the year 31. So for us to understand more clearly of the prophecy, we must first believe that : (1) THE SHEPHERD = V.T. HOUTEFF THE PROPHET, (2) THE SHEEP = THE DAVIDIAN SDAs, (3) I WILL TURN MINE HAND …. I = THE LORD JESUS HIMSELF, (4) THE LITTLE ONES = THE ASSOCCIATIONS OF DAVIDIAN SDA, WHICH WERE IN

EXISTENCE EVER SINCE HOUTEFF ESTABLISHED HIS HEADQUARTERS IN WACO, TEXAS IN 1935. As soon as the servant of the Lord Bro. Houteff died in 1955, there emerged in United States of America several Headquarters of Davidian SDA as follows : 1. General Association of Davidian SDA in Elk Texas, 2. General Ass. of Davidian SDA in Salem, South Carolina, 3. General Ass. of Davidian SDA in Mountain Dale, New York, and the last 4. The reestablishment of the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, USA. All of them who survived Houteff ‘s death in 1955, keep on striving against each other to succeed Houteff and his Head Quarters’ right to accomplish the sealing message in the Laodicea. In fact, however, the Lord will no more work through His own Headquarters in Waco, Texas, so that the Headquarters of the Shepherd’s Rod message should have been liquidated and sold to the Presbyterian Church in 1962. And so ever since the Lord should have taken the reign in His own hand, to lead all the “little ones” of the associations of Davidian SDA scattered in the world up to now through His own appointed teachers of the Rod. Through the t e a c h e r s of the Shepherd’s Rod of God’s own appointments we will be made to see eye to eye, to have the same mind, and to speak the same things. That is up to the 144.000 elected saints of God coming up to the surface. Thus it is as mentioned by Bro. Houteff himself when he said : “………….. we must therefore, as teachers (not prophet) of the Shepherd’s Rod

those passages which in one way or another need to be interpreted. Thus only will

all present truth believers ever become of the same mind, seeing eye to eye and

speaking the same things. (1 Cor. 1 : 10; 1 Pet. 3 : 8 ; Isa. 52 : 8).” – Fundamental

Bro. Houteff’ statements above would have been fulfilled after 1955, after his death. And Mrs. White’s statements here below would have been fulfilled also after 1955, when she said :

“GOD WILL SEND FORTH INTO HIS VINEYARD MANY WHO HAVE NOT BEEN DEDICATED TO THE MINISTRY BY THE LAYING ON OF HANDS.” – The Acts of the Apostles, p. 110.

Both statements from the servants of the Lord above would have been fulfilled in this time of the end, when the Lord will no more work through any Headquarters of His Organization. Thus it is that the work of gathering the 144.000 elected saints of God would be accomplished only through the divinely appointed teachers and their associations of Davidian SDA of the “LITTLE ONES”. And no more by any Headquarters of Davidian SDA in USA of the “GREATER ONES” and their organizational appointed ministers, who have been ordained through the laying on of hands before their congregation. It should be clear now that after 1955 the Lord would have no more blessed any Headquarters of Present Truth Believers in the world, either in the USA or in the Philippine, or elsewhere.

( 4 ) Since the false prophet and his Organization are

now established in the Philippine, could they be deemed to be those standing idle in the market place ?

Since we are now living in the history of the fulfillment of the Shepherd’s Rod message, which is also the message of the Eleventh-Hour Call, then after the spewing out of the angel of Laodicea by the Lord Jesus in 1935, and after all the Organizations of General Association of Davidian SDA no more be blessed by the Lord to accomplish the work of gathering His 144.000 elected saints in this time of the end, it would be crystal clear, that all Organizations of Headquarters of Davidian SDA in this time of the end, in whatever name they would be in disguise, they could no more be categorized in the so-called “those standing idle in the market place.” Thus let it be understood, that the Organization of “THE LAYMAN’S MOVEMENT” created by the untypical Elijah the Tishbite in the Philippine and all of his members wherever they are in the whole world, they could no more be categorized in the so-called “Those standing idle” in the market place of the Laodicean Church of SDA. You know why ? Because beside their prophet is not known in all the prophecies of the Bible, his teaching of the message is nowhere to be found that all his members would be positively called in to work in the

vineyard of the Lord from the 11 o,clock in the afternoon up to the sunset at the 12 O’clock in the evening.

S u m m a r i e s I n G e n e r a l

Mrs. White long beforehand had ever warned us in the following words : “Let me tell you that the Lord will work in this last work in a manner very much out of the common order of things, and in a way that will be contrary to any human planning. There will be those among us who will always want to control the work of God, to dictate even what movements shall be made when the work goes forward under the direction of the angel who joins the third angel in the message to be given to the world. God will use ways and means by which it will be seen that He is taking the reins in His own hands. The workers will be surprised by the simple means that He will use to bring about and perfect His work of righteousness.” – Testimonies to Ministers, p. 300. The prophecy by prophet Zechariah 13 : 7 deliberated above is factually sustained also by Mrs. White statement above, that after the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 by Houteff and his message united with the third angel message by Mrs. White in the golden bowl of the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY of Revelation 19 : 10, the Lord Jesus would have taken the rein in His own hands. He would have turned His hands upon the THE LITTLE ONES, who are the associations of Davidian SDA scattered in the entire world. And out from their midst will come the “DIVINELY APPOINTED TEACHERS”, who are to teach in the light of the Rod those passages in the golden bowl, which in one way or another need to be interpreted. Thus only will all present truth believers ever become of the same mind, seeing eye to eye and speaking the same things. Which means, that only thus shall all the 144.000 elected saints of God In the future be brought to the surface. Mark it thoroughly with care, that after both the servants of God, Mrs. White and Bro. Houteff, having united their messages of the Spirit of Prophecy and the Shepherd’s Rod into the golden bowl, which is the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY of Revelation 19 : 10, and even after the death of Bro. Houteff as the last prophet in 1955, the Lord would have nothing more to do with any Headquarters of Davidian SDA on this earth. The Lord should have taken the reins in His own hands upon THE LITTLE ONES. And through His own appointed teachers of the Rod, He would

have them regularly fed. No more through a certain individual here and a certain individual there who can freely profess themselves to be His appointed prophets. Thus it is, that while the Lord is now leading His own appointed t e a c h e r s to make us seeing eye to eye, to have the same mind and to speak the same things on the one side, the Enemy would also on the other side promote his own appointed agency, a p r o p h e t of his own choice, who is no less smart and skilled in the things of the Law and the Spirit of Prophecy and the Shepherd’s Rod message. And thus is how Satan would have successful infiltrated into the midst of the five wise virgins of God his own five wise virgins with guile in their mouths. (Read : Revelation 14 : 4, 5). And these are they whom Mrs. White said in her following statement (below) to be “the c h a f f“, that should be sifted out from among us. They should first be identified in our midst, and then be left alone from our midst before we could have to see eye to eye, to have the same mind, and to speak the same things. Long beforehand Mrs. White had warned us in the following words : “God will arouse His people; if other means fail, heresies will come in among

them, which will s i f t them, separating the c h a f f (not tares) from the w h e a t.

The Lord calls upon all who believe His word to awake out of sleep. Precious light

has come, appropriate for this time. It is Bible truth, showing the perils that are

right upon us. This light should lead us to a diligent study of the Scriptures and a

most critical examination of the positions which we hold.” -- TESTIMONIES, VOL.

During the lifetime of Mrs. White God’s people were not as yet divided into two classes of people : the “wheat” categorized ones on the one side and the “tares” categorized ones on the other side. Just in the time of Bro. Houteff the division was then realized: the angel of Laodicea and his diehard followers on the one side, and the reorganized body of the Laodicean angel under Bro. Houteff and his followers in Waco, Texas, on the other side. Nevertheless, all the followers of Bro. Houteff during his lifetime were fully united under his leadership wherever they were in the world. But just after his death in 1955, the so-called wheat categorized Davidians SDA began to divide : the wheat categorized Davidians on the one side, and the “chaff” categorized ones on the

other side. Or in other words : The wise categorized virgins on the one side and the wise virgins with “guile” in their mouth on the other side. You know the main cause of the division is “the guile” in the mouth. And just now those with guile in their mouth, who are the “chaff” categorized Davidians must be sifted out.

The way the Lord to sift out

Whatever cunning is the Devil to smuggle in his agents into our midst, as long as the precious light appropriate for this time is still shining in our midst, they and all their falsehood could always be identified. The problem now is : What is meant by THE PRECIOUS LIGHT APPROPRIATE FOR THIS TIME mentioned by Mrs. White ? “THE PRECIOUS LIGHT …… “ would unavoidably mean ALL TRUTHS we just received IN THIS TIME from the teachers of the Shepherd’s Rod mentioned by Mrs. White and Bro. Houteff here below : “………….. we must therefore, as teachers (not prophet) of the Shepherd’s Rod

those passages which in one way or another need to be interpreted. Thus only will

all present truth believers ever become of the same mind, seeing eye to eye and

Bro. Houteff’ statements above would have been fulfilled after 1955, after his death. And Mrs. White’s statements here below would have been fulfilled also after 1955, when she said :

Their voices (the teachers’ voices) must also be heard, because just the voices in this critical time of the end will become THE PRECIOUS LIGHT, APPROPRIATE FOR THIS TIME. Long beforehand John the Revelator had ever said :

BLESSED IS HE THAT READETH, AND THEY THAT HEAR THE WORDS OF THIS PROPHECY, AND KEEP THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE WRITTEN THEREIN : FOR THE TIME IS AT HAND.” – Revelation 1 : 3. All servants of God, whoever provided us with the Bible and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, have all died for a long time. And for us now to find a solution for the cases of such as of the false prophet and his teachings, it is not enough for every one of us to go to his own Bible and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY alone. John the Revelator said : “BLESSED IS HE THAT READETH, AND THEY THAT HEAR THE WORDS OF THIS PROPHECY, AND KEEP THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE WRITTEN THEREIN : FOR THE TIME IS AT HAND.” – Revelation 1 : 3. We must also communicate with those t e a c h e r s who are alive to hear from their lips. They are the teachers of God’s own appointment for us in this time of the end. Their voices must also be heard. Their message would help to enlighten us, because theirs would be “THE PRECIOUS LIGHT APPROPRIATE FOR THIS TIME.” Only through the precious light mentioned by Mrs. White above, we would have understood that the false prophet in the Philippine and all his assistants have been smuggled in into our midst by the Devil, the Old Serpent, to mislead us from within our own ranks.

C o n c l u d e d The message of the so-called antitypical Elijah the Tishbite could be found in his website : www.laymansmovement.com. The presentation is very neat and orderly, because the author seemed to be very good at computer science. Even all his teachings seemed to be very qualified, to show the author as having very good back ground of learning. But one thing to our surprise is that even at the outset of his website he had already promoted himself to be “Jezreel”, which means “p r o p h e t.” Did he think possibly that we are all only “Ammi and Rohammah” or at its lowest level “Lo-ammi and Lo-ruhammah at its extremely sense ? And in his communication with the people, he always used a middleman or a middle woman. We have to know that Mrs. White ever since the beginning of her mission, she never before professed herself to be a prophet. She preferred more to be called a

messenger than a prophet. She even said that her work is even more than a prophet. I have to admit honestly, that I was also one of his admirers at the beginning. However, to his people I have said, that as long as I do not as yet understand I could not believe. Believe comes from understanding and not from admiration. When we could have understood, we would have inevitably believed too. Such a belief would become our “faith” when all those believed could be obeyed to be carried out in our practical doing of the words.
