I was able to download the residential lease agreement from your website and suggest that you add/change the following items: Rent: The total rent for the term is the sum of __________________ DOLLARS ($_______) payable on the _____ day of each month of the term. Condition of Premises: Lessee stipulates, represents, and warrants that Lessee has examined the Premises, and that they are at the time of this Agreement in good order, repair, and in a safe, clean, and tenantable condition. Damage to Premise: In the event Premises are destroyed or rendered wholly unlivable by fire, storm, earthquake, or other casualty not caused by the negligence of Lessee, this Agreement shall terminate.
