I was able to download the residential lease agreement from your website and suggest that you add/change the following items: Rent: The total rent for the term is the sum of __________________ DOLLARS ($_______) payable on the _____ day of each month of the term. Condition of Premises: Lessee stipulates, represents, and warrants that Lessee has examined the Premises, and that they are at the time of this Agreement in good order, repair, and in a safe, clean, and tenantable condition. Damage to Premise: In the event Premises are destroyed or rendered wholly unlivable by fire, storm, earthquake, or other casualty not caused by the negligence of Lessee, this Agreement shall terminate. After reviewing the proposed changes, call or email me so we can schedule an appointment to finalize the agreement.
