INTRODUCTION

• The bhangarh fort is a 17th century (1613) fort built in alwar district of rajasthan.

• LOCATION: At the border of the sariska tiger reserve in the alwar district of rajasthan. Approx 86 kms from alwar on NH11 highway. Nearest village is golakabas.

ABOUT

Bhangarh THE MOST HAUNTED PLACE OF INDIA was established in 1613 by king Madho singh . He was son of Man singh (king of amber fort). There are many stories associated with this fort.

bhangarh was abondaned soon after being built & supposedly after it was cursed by a magician in ignorance Ajab singh the grandson of Madho singh raised the palace to such a height that the shadow reached to the magician’s home hence the devastation of entire town of Bhangarh happened.

According to local villegers (golakabas village) whenever a house is built there its roof collapses which we can see in pictures . People say nobody return who stayed their after dark & the archeological survey of India sighboard as you can see in picture put up their says staying after sunset is strictly prohibited in this area.

HOW TO REACH BHANGARH?• Nearest city is jaipur . So one can easily reach bhangarh from

jaipur . Distance between jaipur to bhangarh is 77 km approx.• Take an RSRTC bus to dausa (1 hr approx journey) and then a

bus to Golakabas (45 mins.) from there . Golakabas is hardly at15 mins. Walking distance from bhangarh fort.

• Hire a taxi from jaipur .

golden triangle ( Delhi-agra-jaipur) and this triangle is preferred by most of the tourists & travellers.

• In night, noises such as screeming, crying voices of ladies , bangles are heard in diff. rooms inside fort by many tourists.

• When a tourist walking down the fort, he/she most of the time feel the presence of invisible entity (negative energy).

• According to some tourists, when they went inside the rooms, they experienced noises & burning smells.

• And we all know about the ‘jhansi ki rani’ tv series shooting incident when theirs lead role actress who is in the role of jhansi ki rani got lost for 7 hours in the bhangarh fort.

MAJOR ATTRACTIONS NEAR BHANGARH• Sariska tiger reserve, alwar: After visiting bhangarh tourist can easily extend his/her journey

to sariska tiger reserve which is approx 35 km from bhangarh. . Sariska wild life senctuary is situated approx. 37 Kms away from Alwar, 200 Kms from Delhi & 107 Kms from Jaipur, is also praised for its fabulous landscape. The Sariska Tiger reserve was created in the year 1978 in Alwar district of Rajsthan. It is one of the 27 tiger reserves created by Government of India under Project Tiger to protect the decreasing population of Tigers. Sariska is popular among wild life & nature lovers for its Naturally beautiful sights & Bio - diversity.

Best season to visit Sariska is the Winter season in between the mid October to mid of March

JAIPUR • As we already know jaipur is known as the pink city

and it is rajasthan’s capital also known as enthralling historical city and the gateway to India’s most historical & cultural state.

• After visiting bhangarh tourist can easily go and visit jaipur . Distance from jaipur to bhangarh is 77 kms approx.

POPULAR ATTRACTIONS OF JAIPUR:

Amber fort: Amber fort is located 11 km from jaipur and is situated high on a hill. It is priciple tourist attraction in jaipur area. Amber fort is known for its artistic hindu style elements. It is also declared as UNSECO world hertiage site in 2013.

Nahargarh fort

Nahargarh fort stands on the edge of Aravali hills. It is famous for its extended wall which connects it to jaigarh fort. The fort follows indo european architecture. From nahargarh fort a tourist can see mesmerizing view of jaipur city. Popular for history bugs photo fanatics, experience seekers and wonders.

Hawa Mahal

The actual meaning of hawa mahal is a high screen wall built so that the women of the royal house hold could observe street festivals while unseen from the outside. It is located to the south of the jaipur city and the main main road intersection called the badi chopad.

City palace It is the property of maharaja of jaipur. It is

famous for its famous for its huge & vast courtyards, gardens and building structure. The city palace lies in the heart of jaipur city. And the best part of the palace is that in includes many more structure inside the palace and they are chandramahal, mubarak mahal, mukut mahal and the city palce meusuem.

RAJ MANDIR CINEMA HALL

It has been opened on 1st june 1976. it is famous for meringue shaped auditorium. It is often referred the pride of Asia. Known for its large size as well as luxurious interiors. Raj mandir remains important part of tourist circuit .

JANTAR MANTAR

The janatar mantar monument is basically a collection of 19 architectural astronomical instruments. It is UNSECO world heritage site, its also consist of 19 instruments four measuring time predicting eclipses, tracking locations of major stars. Located near to city palace.

DAY -1

• The morning starts from hotel to Hawa mahal & City palace which is centrally located in the heart of jaipur side by side. It takes 3hrs to fully explore, with continuation of both the places.

• After exploring local cuisine (lunch), Jantar mantar can be easily covered where it takes an hour.

• Lastly the day ends with a night show in Amer fort , where we can enjoy the beautifull light & sound show & then return back to hotel for dinner & night stay.

DAY 2

• After breakfast , tourist proceed to Nahargarh which is 11 km(1/2 hr) away from jaipur. Where he/she can enjoy elephant ride which is the most famous ride in the fort and after exploring fort he/she will proceed for lunch .

• After lunch, you can make a quick leave to Jaipur, where 3-6 PM show can be enjoyed in Rajmandir.

• Lastly the day ends with shopping in the main market of jaipur which is nearb to badi chopad . Day ends with dinner at hotel(jaipur).

DAY 3• After heavy breakfast ,we will proceed for our journey to the most

haunted place bhangarh which is 77 kms from jaipur so nearly it will take 1& ½ hour to reach destination. Now he/she will explore Asia’s most haunted place.after compliting the visit of bhangarh , so from here we will proceed to sariska which is approx 37 kms from bhangarh. After reaching sariska , we make them have lunch and after lunch tourist will be provided 1 hr rest at hotel.

• Now we will proceed them to sariska tiger reserve where they will get to see the nature and wild life which will be 2 and ½ hr drive to jungle. After gaining experience of bhangarh and sariska tiger reserve we will proceed back to jaipur which is 2 hrs (107 km) journey.
