Introduction
BI360 is a leading web-based Corporate Performance Management (CPM) suite made up of
budgeting, reporting, dashboards, and data warehousing, delivered through a web portal.
BI360 is offered for cloud and on-premise deployment and represents the next generation of
CPM solutions. BI360 empowers business users with modern features including innovative use
of Excel in the model design process. End users have anytime, anywhere access from a modern
Web Portal and Mobile Apps.
The features that differentiate BI360 the most from other CPM applications are:
1. Available both for cloud and on-premise deployment. 2. Third generation Excel add-in for simple or complex reporting and budgeting template
design.
3. Modern Excel, Web and Mobile end-user front-ends for easy access to information and
powerful collaboration.

Architecture Overview
Below you can see a simplified architecture with all the BI360 modules. The Reporting,
Budgeting and Dashboard modules can both run live on a number of different ERP systems as
well as off the BI360 Data Warehouse.

RE00 - Real Estate Benchmarking Dashboard
The Real Estate Benchmarking Dashboard is an example of how you can compare the sales
performance of your own company against the Industry and one Competitor of the Top 10 List
on the right side of the dashboard. To change the Competitor to compare to, simply click on the
row with the realtor you want to see. You will be able to compare the Sales Amount and Sold
Units for every period in the selected Fiscal Year.

RE01 - COO Dashboard
The COO Dashboard example is prepared - in just a single view – to answer the questions that a
COO (Chief Operating Officer) often is being asked. The COO will be able to provide answers
about:
Actual Sales versus the Budget Sales – Year Accumulated and Monthly Trend
Actual Sales by Project Status and drill down to territories (here: U.S. States)
Sold Units Trend, month by month
Months of Stock at the last month of the year for the Top 5 Real Estate Projects
Available Properties by territory (here: U.S. state) and drill down to Projects
Monthly Average Speed for the Top Five Projects
Top 5 Real Estate Agents based on the sales amounts for the selected year
You just need to select the Fiscal Year and MAGIC! You get the answers.

RE02 - Project Comparison Dashboard
The Project Comparison Dashboard example was built to show an overview of the Real Estate
Projects that contribute the most to the company’s revenues. As a Project Manager, you will be
able to monitor the following for the selected Fiscal Year:
The Top 10 Projects based on sales
The actual sales trend for one project
The budget sales trend for one project
Number of units added to inventory, month by month
Number of available properties per month for one specific project
The Top 5 Projects based on Monthly Average Speed for Sales
You just need to select the Fiscal Year and VOILÁ! You get the answers.

RE03 - Region Comparison Dashboard
The Region Comparison Dashboard example was designed to show the performance of your
sales in every market (here: U.S. state) where you have presence. As an executive you will be
able to know the sales performance of the company across the country. Learn things like: which
markets are the biggest contributors to our sales and which markets are not reaching their
planned targets, so you can focus your attention smartly where it is needed. Choose the Fiscal
Year you need to monitor and just wait a few seconds to have your finger on the pulse of your
Real Estate business!

RE04 - Agent Comparison Dashboard
The Agent Comparison Dashboard example was designed to help you analyze the performance
of your team of real estate agents. As a Team Leader, you will be able to monitor the agents that
contribute the most to the sales of the company. Select a realtor agent from the list on the left,
and you will see his/her contribution to the total sales of the company, month by month, in
terms of Sales and Sold Units.

RE05 - Bank Comparison Dashboard
The Bank Comparison Dashboard example helps you see which banks finance the most Real
Estate Projects in the current year. This is the starting point to discover if there’s a relation
between the bank services and the sales performance of the projects. You will be able to see in a
pie graph what is the participation each bank as a percent of total sales of the company for the
selected Fiscal Year.

RE08 - Sales Performance
The Real Estate Sales Performance Report example shows us the Sales Amount and Number of
Sold Units for every region (here: State) in which your company has a presence, in a grid view
and graph view. You can monitor the accumulated figures for all of the year and for the current
quarter. Remember that you can execute the report from Excel or from the Web Portal or
mobile app, whatever works better for you. It can also be automatically executed and emailed to
an unlimited number of non-licensed users (such as your real estate agents).

RE09 - Real Estate Stock Analysis
The Real Estate Stock Analysis Report example tells you, for every region (here: State) in which
your company has presence, four key metrics to analyze in your real estate inventory:
Available Stock (available properties)
Sold Units
Monthly Average Speed
Months Of Stock (properties)
Remember that you can execute the report from Excel or from the Web Portal or mobile app -
whatever works better for you. It can also be automatically executed and emailed to an
unlimited number of non-licensed users (such as your real estate agents).

RE20 – Sales Budget Form
This Sales Budget Form is an example of a data entry form (requires BI360 Planning license)
where you will be able to easily collect sales budgets/forecast for every Real Estate Project in
your company for the Fiscal Year of the selected period. Your users just need to input the
parameters in the yellow columns and let the form calculate the amounts for every single
period. Save the form and the data instantly gets transferred to the BI360 Data Warehouse
where you can view it through the BI360 dashboard and reporting modules. It’s that easy!
