RCG’s for each building Cabins and other small buildings we can allocate $50 sq/ft as a limit. Main buildings (Dining Hall, Retreat Centers, Chapels, Shower Buildings) add per usual guidelines. Most buildings can be found in BVS program.
Accords and Other GOI Apps (PIW, IRPM, GOI Supp, WC Supp, Commercial Cooking Survey, etc.)This is where you’ll spend most of your time. Each building has to be added into EPIC along with all the normal building info like year built, updates,
building and contents limit, etc. When you have 20+ buildings at multiple locations it can get very confusing!
Making Things as Easy as PossibleTime of the year is critical
Make your initial contact with them in the late fall-spring. Don’t try and get them to do anything going into camping season.
What sort of risks do they offer? High ropes, zip line, horses, water equipment, pools, slides, trampolines, blobs.

Know who to get in contact withCamp Director, Site Manager, Office Manager.
Do your research Learn as much as you can about the camp before going out to meet with them for the walkthrough
appointment. It shows them we know what we’re doing and we’re not going to waste their time. Insurance is not going to be at the top of their fun list!
STAY ORGANIZED!!!
Make sure you label each building and number it.
Use this same info throughout the process.
It’s the only way to keep from getting information mixed up.
