One of the most complex produced styles in the world. Unblended lambics are an ancient beer style utilizing wild yeasts and other micro-organisms. Intensely sour and acetic. The beer is still aged in wooden barrels. Chemical reactions in the barrels can last up to 3 years. This style is highly aromatic with fruity smell. Drink with foods that have strong �avor such as pickled or smoked �sh, ceviche and sharp cheeses.
