BIG WIGs
1. Maintain Member Loyalty Net Promoter Score @ 72%
2. Sell 120 new memberships by Dec 2014
I would like to recognize the extraordinary efforts of Jackie Sangster,
Membership Sales Manager, and Erika Erkel, Membership Sales
Coordinator, over the past month. The Sales Department is in full
swing with what has been the busiest sales month in the history of the
Club. While Erika and Jackie are both fairly new to the Mountain,
they have really jumped in feet first and represented Desert Mountain
with confidence and every level of professionalism. We have been
averaging three tours per day, and host up to five groups on property
in any given day. Learning as they go at times, Jackie and Erika have
been studying all they need to know about our amenities and have
dedicated endless hours this past month to our BIG WIG of 120
new members. We have welcomed 12 new members in the month
of December and have 11 applications in review
for the month of January—an amazing start to a
new year! Keep up the great work and a BIG
THANK YOU to you both!

One of our capital projects is the change from analog two-way radios to digital. In accomplishing this project,
every radio on property needed to be cataloged, departmental-ized, and new digital radios verified and distributed to all departments. Quantities, serial numbers and locations were all coordinated by Theresa Beall, Contract Administrator, in
conjunction with the vendor, prior to the order and upon receipt of the radios. No small task to say the least, but in her usual eager and efficient manner all paperwork, spreadsheets and submittals were prepared, submitted, distributed and invoiced without a hitch. A team player in every sense of the word, Theresa shows, every day, her Spirit to Serve the Desert Mountain team.

With much of

the Jim Flick
Golf Performance Center is
experiencing an influx of club
re-grips after the holidays.
Recently, Jennifer Tucker,
JFPC Golf Instructor, took
time out of her day to help a
new Performance Center staff
member, Nichole Inkel, learn
the correct procedures of
re-gripping a set of clubs.
Thank you, Jen, for taking
the time during this busy
period to show a little
Teamwork to your colleague!

Robbie Jewell [CG Asst
Golf Pro] went above
and beyond the call of
duty for me today
(12/13/13). There was a
mix up with an order
from Demo Day and he
figured out the problem
and took the appropriate
action to remedy it. He drove out to the
first tee to give me an update and wrote
me a nice email, to top it off, telling me
the action taken...what exemplary service!
