RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Act as a single point of contact

• Provide guidance on the most suitable fund structure to accommodate your investment strategy

• Perform objective initial due diligence and ongoing oversight of the performance of your chosen delegates/service providers

RISK MANAGEMENT

• Define and implement the Risk Management Process (RMP)

• Define and monitor the Key Risk Indicators (KRI)

• Employ detailed dashboards to monitor risk and compliance with investment restrictions

• Remediate and/or escalate any breaches to the Board of Directors and the local regulator (CSSF)

• Produce all necessary Regulatory Reporting (AIFMD report, etc.)
