FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the sum of $2,000.00 U.S. Dollars, inclusive with all sales tax, paid by Bank Transfer, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, William C Couch (the "Seller") of 2163 E Saint Marys Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84108, DOES HEREBY SELL, ASSIGN, AND TRANSFER to Mike Neves (the "Buyer") of 11806 100th Ave NE, #C, Kirkland, WA 98034 the following motorcycle (the "Motorcycle"):

Make: Honda Model: CB 750 Year: 1974

Odometer Reading: 14,254 miles Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): CB750-2401359

ODOMETER STATEMENT

Federal law requires that the mileage of the Motorcycle be stated upon transfer of ownership. Failure to disclose the mileage or providing a false statement may result in fines and/or imprisonment.

The Seller states that the odometer reading of the Motorcycle is 14,254 miles. The Seller certifies that to the best of the Seller's knowledge, this reading reflects the actual mileage of the Motorcycle. Further, the Motorcycle's odometer was not altered, set back, or disconnected while in the Seller's possession, and the Seller has no knowledge of anyone else doing so.

The Motorcycle is being sold on an "AS IS" basis and the Seller explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any warranty as to the condition of the Motorcycle. However, the Seller's above warranty disclaimer does not, in any way, affect the terms of any applicable warranties from the manufacturer of the Motorcycle.
