BIM for Wales – Preparing the Construction Sector for Building Information Modelling The Welsh Government Construction Sector and the Wales BIM Hub invite you to an event: BIM for Wales – Preparing the Construction Sector for Building Information Modelling on Monday 29th April 2013, SWALEC Stadium, Cardiff. Building Information Modelling (BIM) is becoming increasingly specified by clients. It is therefore important that Welsh businesses are prepared for the adoption of BIM to maximise its benefits. The event will provide an opportunity for all involved with buildings to hear first hand from leading industry experts on the latest developments, and offer an insight into the process via a ‘live’ case study of BIM in practice. There will also be the opportunity to take part in workshops focusing on a variety of topics including ‘BIM for Clients’, the ‘BIM Supply Chain’ and others. Registration from 9:30am to start at 10:00am, ending at 4:30pm.
