SESTANTE*. Il sistema a trave in alluminio che risolve brillantemente il problema di chiusura di una nicchia o di divisione di un ambiente creando aree separate senza togliere continuità agli spazi. Il sistema a trave consente di separare anche in presenza di soffitti molto alti o di contro-soffitti, in quanto la trave può essere fissata, grazie a dei supporti telescopici, direttamente alle pareti. Sestante è il sistema a trave che ti permette di standardizzare le ante in altezza.

Stealth è un sistema di pareti per la suddivisione di spazi interni. Le ante vetrate fisse e mobili possono essere scelte fra diversi spessori: 8,10 e 12mm. Imprimendo al sistema la caratteristica di trasparenza e luminosità rendendolo un prodotto unico a livello estetico e tecnologico. Trave binario, veletta, profili compensatori e morsetti ferma vetro sono elementi strutturali che permet-tono un facile montaggio trasmettendo al sistema una flessibilità di allestimento ed una qualità estetica elevatissima.Stealth is a glass wall System for dividing interior spaces. The sliding and fixed doors can be of 8, 10 and 12mm, giving transparency and bright-ness to this esthetically and technically exclusive System. Rail, carter, adjustment profiles and clamps for glass are structural elements that allow an easy mounting and give flexibility and a very high esthetic quality to the System.

Stealth est un système de séparation de parois de verre pour l'intérieur. Les verres peuvent être fixes ou coulissants et d'épaisseurs différentes: 8, 10 ou 12mm. Ce système est donc un produit unique au niveau technologique et esthétique pour la transparence et la luminosité qui le caractéris-ent. Poutre, rail, carter de couverture, profilés de compensation et étaux pour le verre sont tous des éléments qui permettent un montage très facile et donnent au système une grande flexibilité et une grande qualité esthétique.

Das System ist durch die Transparenz und die Helligkeit der Glàser gekennzeichnet, die das Produkt einzigar-tig in Bezug auf Àsthetik und Technik machen. Die Schienen, die Bedeckungsprofile, die Klemmbacken und die Gummidichtungen sind strukturel-le Elemente, die einfache Montage ermòglichen und dem System eine flexible Bauweise und eine hohe àsthetische Qualitàt geben.

La Boccolini L. Srl è un’Azienda storica fondata nel 1964 dal Sig.Boccolini Luigi, specializzata nell’anodizzazione dei manufatti in alluminioed eventuali ulteriori trattamenti di decorazione e colorazione.I particolari d’alluminio destinati al settore dell’arredamento giungonoall’impianto di anodizzazione sotto forma di profilati estrusi e lavorati.Gran parte di essi richiedono particolari requisiti estetici che comportanospecifici trattamenti preliminari, i quali vengono effettuati attraversoprocessi di finitura prima della fase di anodizzazione.Tutti i processi di lavorazione vengono realizzati presso il nostro insediamentoproduttivo di Muggiò (MB), suddiviso in tre unità:- La prima unità accoglie i reparti di pulitura e lucidatura meccanica dove, mediante macchine munite di appositi dischi o spazzole, possiamo ottenere la caratteristica finitura spazzolata (scotch brite) oppure la finitura lucida mediante l’utilizzo di particolari costituiti da dischi di materiale morbido (es. cotone…)- La seconda unità accoglie il reparto di sabbiatura dove, mediante una granigliatrice, si ottiene una finitura superficiale dei profili (micropallinatura), andando a intaccare la superficie del materiale con delle microsfere di acciaio, mascherando qualsiasi difetto superficiale.- La terza unità accoglie i reparti di brillantatura con vasche per profili lunghi fino a mm 6000 ed ossidazione anodica composta da 21 vasche sequenziali.L’impianto rinnovato nell’agosto del 2005, con sistemi e tecniche d’avanguardia,permette di ottenere colorazioni per “interferenza” che siottengono trattando elettroliticamente il materiale anodizzato in unasoluzione di acido solforico e colorando successivamente in una soluzionedi elettrocolore standard in sali di stagno.Si ottengono in questo modo colorazioni personalizzate con varie tonalitàdi colore acciaio, titanio, bronzo, moka fino ad arrivare al nero.

This com-pany is highly specialized in the anodizing of aluminium and in other colouring techniques.The aluminium items for furniture line are supplied to the anodic treatment plant as extruded and worked profiles.In order to meet special aesthetical requirements, most of them need to be treated before anodising.All the processings are made in the anodic treatment plant, which is situated in Muggio' (MI). The processing plant is divided into three dif-ferent depart-ments:- The first unit is dedicated to the mechanic polishing through the use of machines equipped with brushes to obtain the brushing finish (scotch-brite) or equipped with soft discs (for ex. made of cotton...) to obtain the polishing finish.- The second unit is dedicated to the sandblast department, where through a special machine, it is possible to obtain a surface finish of the profiles (shot-blasting) by attacking the metal and putting down a layer of steel microballs, which hide any type of surface imperfection.- The third unit is dedicated to the bright finish department, where there are tanks for up to 6000 mm long profiles, and to an area for the anodic treat-ment made up of 21 sequential tanks. The processing plant, which was modernized in August 2005 by advanced programms and techniques, gives us the possibility to obtain colourings through "interference" by processing electrolytically the anodized profiles in a solution of sulphuric acid and by colouring them later in a standard elec-trocolour solution of tin salts. In this way it is possible to obtain personalized colours with different shades, from steel, titanium, bronze, brown up to black.

Condizioni generali di vendita:Intendiamo ricordare a tutti i ns. Clienti che i profili alluminio e gli accessori presenti sul ns.catalogo sono soggetti a disponibilità previa verifica giacenza a magazzino da parte del ns. Ufficio Commerciale. Questo comporta che, oltre ai classici quantitativi minimi di produzione,ci sia anche la probabilità di doversi attenere a dei lotti minimi di estrusione del materiale grez-zo (500 Kg) o dei lanci di produzione di accessori/complementi nel caso in cui la produzione sia interamente dedicata ad un Cliente e non finalizzata al ns. magazzino interno.

Dal momento che non ci è possibile prevedere a priori la possibilità di impiego dei materiali el’andamento di vendita degli stessi in termini di quantitativi ed eventuale accorpamento dirichieste, ci riserviamo la possibilità di effettuare tale analisi in concomitanza con gli ordini che ci perverranno.

Le quantità si intendono quelle da noi indicate nella conferma di vendita. Per le quantitàeffettivamente consegnate si conviene una tolleranza del +/-10%.Il termine di consegna è sempre indicativo e non impegnativo; per la consegna fa fede la set-timana, la data indica il giorno presunto. Gli eventuali ritardi non danno diritto ad indennizzi di alcun genere.In caso di forza maggiore o di interruzione della produzione per qualsiasi causa, anche pre-esistente alla stipulazione del contratto, che ne impedisca o ne aggravi l'esecuzione totale o parziale, la venditrice avrà facoltà di protrarre la consegna fino alla cessazione dei detti impe-dimenti.

Intendiamo precisare che Trial risponde per eventuali danni riferiti solo ed esclusivamente amateriale da Lei consegnato/fatturato; qualsiasi danneggiamento o non conformità evidenzia-ta sugli articoli a seguito di manovre, lavorazioni meccaniche, montaggio, imballo... (etc etc) effettuata dai nostri Clienti (o loro terzisti) non è in alcun modo imputabile alla venditrice.Trial, inoltre, non risponde per eventuali rivalse o contestazioni subite da parte del nostro Cliente.

Ogni reclamo deve essere notificato alla venditrice per telegramma entro e non oltre otto giorni dal ricevimento della merce, in caso di vizi apparenti; in caso di vizi occulti, entro lo stesso ter-mine di otto giorni dalla relativa scoperta, ma non oltre il 90° giorno di ricevimento della merce. Il mancato rispettodei termini e delle modalità sopra convenute, comporta accettazione incondizionata della mer-ce e decadenza da ogni reclamo, che non potrà essere proposto neppure per rilievo di recla-mi di terzi.In deroga agli artt. 1495-1497 C.C. tanto le azioni giudiziarie quanto le eccezioni si prescrivono in sei mesi da ogni singola consegna.

Il mancato pagamento alla scadenza contrattuale costituisce grave inadempimento ed autorizza la venditrice a risolvere il contratto, avvalendosi della presente clausola risolutiva. In caso di ritardo nel pagamento, sull'importo dovuto, decorrerà l'interesse di mora nella misura convenzionalmente pattuita del tasso ufficiale di sconto maggiorato di quattro punti.Per ogni eventuale controversia, anche con persone fisiche e giuridiche straniere, è applica-bile la legge italiana e Foro competente sarà esclusivamente quello di Monza, rinunciando il compratore a qualunque altra giurisdizione anche per titolo di connessione con azioni promos-se da terzi.
