PROJECT NARRATIVETHIS PROJECT IS A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE LOCATED ON 10 ACRES. THEPROPERTY IS BISECTED BY THE GRANVILLE COUNTY / WAKE COUNTY LINEAND BECAUSE THE MASTER BEDROOM IS LOCATED IN GRANVILLE COUNTYTHE SITE IS CONSIDERED TO BE A GRANVILLE COUNTY PROJECT. THEPROJECT HAS ALREADY RECEIVED A STORMWATER PERMIT FROMGRANVILLE COUNTY AND IS APPROVED AS A LOW IMPACT DEVELOPMENT(LID) PROJECT. DRIVEWAY LOCATION HAS RECEIVED APPROVAL FROM THEUS ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS ON 7 APRIL 2016.
