established on 29th

Sep 2009 with the main core business activities:

Research and development in the fields of water and environment;

Activities of the field consultancy, supervision for construction of the field

works. Design and build irrigation and urban infrastructure works. Supervision

of construction and complete of civil works;

EIA (Environment Impact Assessment), EMP (Environmental Management

Plan), rapid field assessment for environmental studies and feasibility studies;

Measurement, mining, testing and analysis of meteorological and hydrologic

parameters for projects under executing and feasibility studies;

Studies on environmental mitigation measurements for water resources

development projects, urban drainage and sanitation projects and landscape

condition improvement of the project area;

Feasibility, design, drainage, tender documents and supervision for waste water

treatment plants, and water resources development projects;

Environmental pollution impact studies for coal mines, rock quarries in

particular in the use of processing water and the treatment of waste water before

releasing it back into nature; Study of mitigation measures to control dust

formation;

Mathematical modeling of the impacts of pollution on rivers, lakes, waterways,

wetlands, urban drainage systems and salinity polluted;

The studies, assessments of damage from pollution and recession of

environment and using environmental economic methodologies to manage the

Binh Minh Water & Environment Company Ltd. was established in 2009 and

developing its activities in the field of science and technology. With the experienced

and professional experts, we strive to offer the highest quality services to our

customers in the absolute commitment from starting stages to finishing stages of the

project.

We are always selecting the optimal solution to achieve the target of each specific

project such as reasonable investment cost on environmental field, low operation cost

as well as efficiency of working with the stringent stardard of the Vietnamese

Government.

We brings our experience and enthusiam to completing the projects of environment

impact assessment, feasible studies, waste water discharging studies of enterprises,

organisations and industrial zones. In addition, we research and give mitigation

measures of producing companies, borrow pit and rock mining projects, polluted areas,

salinity of coastal areas. Besides that, our services include the monitoring, testing and

analysis of air emission, waste water and soil contamination and meteological

parameters. Last but not least, we are also concentration on Mathematical modelling to

provide the best possible answers to questions how we can adaft to climate change in

the safest and most cost-effective way.
