23. I am instrumental in developing the following facilities to carryout
experiments in the field of environment Continuous Flow System
1. The continuous flow system was developed to study the pollution effects of Industrial
efffluents on biota. 2. This Bio-assay experimental setup will help to create natural river Flow and other environmental parameters in situ conditions.
3. Doctoral programs and PG dissertation works were carried out.
Artificial Wetland
1. The experimental setup was established to recreate the environmental condition prevailing in Kolleru Lake.
2. The artificial wetland system helps to treat the industrial effluents discharged into drains which enters Kolleru lake.
3. The treated effluents low in Biochemical Oxygen Demand can be sent to Kolleru Lake to restore the quality of water.
