we are convinced that there is no need for harsh chemicals when removing tough dirt

and stains.

Our company is based in Gällö in Jämtland, Sweden, where we have laboratory,

offices and production facilities. The magnificent surroundings have inspired us in

doing our best for our environment and issuing a challenge to the cleaning industry.

Early on, we realised there was a need for an alternative to the old-fashioned products

on the market, for something smarter and more efficient – quite simply, better for our

environment!

It is obvious that people, machines and the natural world do not benefit from the

use of corrosive acids and alkaline solutions, yet this is often the reality.

However, we are breaking new ground by combining modern research with the

best of what nature has to offer, through our unique and valuable partnership with

Jämtland’s dairy cows!

Bio Gen Active® is a 100 % natural raw material, whose unique properties make it

perfectly suited for a wide range of uses. It is made of whey, a byproduct when making

cheese, which is converted into a natural cleaning substance through a biological

process.

Bio Gen Active® enhances the cleaning effect against both dirt and deposits. Our

products harness the power of carefully selected ingredients that, along with Bio

Gen Active®, cleans effectively and with no negative side effects. Bio Gen Active® also

protects skin and materials, as well as accelerating biological decomposition after use.

Bio Gen Active® cleans everywhere, whether it is under extreme conditions on oil

platforms in the North Sea, industrial facilities, hotels, restaurants or at home.

ScaleDescaling and derusting products for effective reconditioning of water systems. Our Scale products are optimised for CIP (Cleaning In Place), but can also be used for surfaces and in cleaning baths.They are based on Bio Gen Active® and mild fruit acids, resulting in effective cleaning gentle on materials, our environment and to people.

Bio Gen Active® Degreaser 691Penetrates dirt quickly. It is self-splitting, when left standing oil can be separated off. Used for cleaning greasy and oily surfaces, floors, walls and machine components. Works well even at low temperatures. Contains silicone-based defoamer.

Dilution: 1 part Bio Gen Active® Degreaser 691 to 7 parts water

Bio Gen Active® Degreaser 692Has the same properties as Bio Gen Active® Degreaser 691 but contains no defoamer. For use in systems where silicone is not wanted.

Bio Gen Active® Degreaser 800 gelA viscous degreasing agent specially designed for cleaning vertical surfaces, roofs and process equipment not suitable for CIP or cleaning in baths. Ready-to-use, its viscosity makes it adhesive to surfaces.

Scale 01An effective, concentrated product that removes difficult carbonate and oxalate de-posits in stainless systems. Contains organic acids with properties that gives better handling and use than comparable products.

Scale 50 gelA ready-to-use gel with phosphoric acid that removes oxides, limescale, salt precipi-tates, etc. The product is used for reconditioning railway wagons, ceilings, containers, cisterns and vertical surfaces. Can be sprayed on; its viscosity makes it adhesive to surfaces.

Degreaser 1400An alkaline degreasing and reconditioning product for a range of systems and sur-faces with tough deposits of biological material; food, oil and grease. The product is effective, concentrated, low to moderate foaming and environmentally-optimised. Degreaser 1400 is easily biodegradable and free from organic solvents, phosphates, EDTA and NTA.

Cold Degreaser low aromaticSuitable for extremely dirty surfaces with tar, asphalt, grease, oil or bitumen deposits. Can be used on boats, cars, lorries/trucks, in industries, in garages and at home. Con-tains max. 0.5% aromatics and max. 0.01% benzene.

DisinfectionDisinfectant with a wide range of uses that neutralises both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (campylobacter, salmonella and listeria). Also effective on influenza viruses (e.g. H1N1, swine flu).

DefoamerHighly effective silicone-based defoamer, approved for use in the food industry.
