Technical support analyst in international Bank/Financial organization who deals with worldwide useable Bank Card having multiple service features in it with outstanding security, technology and flexibility. People won’t need heavy valet nor heavy briefcase, just our My1World MTC with jacket and they would feel more secure, more enrich.

My Dream Job Workplace

• In Organization’s country head office, located in country leading industrial city/state or capital.

• In case of technical issue other than day to day issues when arise my role will start there. As there is massive involvement of IT in smooth operating of our product (My1world MTC (Monitory Transaction Card)). I have to check the technical issues involve in local & global

networking issues like connectivity, data transmission etc. Supervise My1world MTC ability of network connectivity and transmission etc. through support staff working in particular zone. Guide support staff working in different zones of country in order to resolve different issues in local level. Conduct training for support staff working in different zones in country.

My Dream Job Working Day• Other than my office timing I would be available on call. In office timing I’d resolve technical issues, guide support staff working in different zones etc.• Technology that i would used is GEO satellite communications system by using Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) Satellites and Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellites.

• Outcome of my work would be smooth and sustain functioning of our product My1world MTC. Also, training and development of support staff working in different zones in country.

• Organization would be a global banking/financial service provider that offers services worldwide.• Organization would have license to perform its services worldwide by going in business contract with country’s Central Banks/Key Banks

•As a result, person who have an account in an organization (MY1World) can access to his/her account worldwide. • Account holders having My1world MTC would have facility to use their card worldwide. Any time, any place.

Education

• Satellite communication network architecture, • more than Physical networks which use fiber optics etc, • terrestrial communications infrastructure satellite networks architecture and their interconnectivity, • Satellite-gateway interconnection, •TTL for TCP packet communication
