Stayed for three days among the fishermen community and educated the locals on Internet, Electronic equipments etc. 300 locals participated. Students engaged classes and interacted with local people helped them to improve their communication skills.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUCCESS
1. Procured Equipments and Furniture using TEQIP fund to ECE Dept. of CET, Thiruvananthapuram.
2. In the capacity of Purchase coordinator of ECE Dept., Govt. Engineering college, Thrissur Utilized 100% of the sanctioned amount by the State Govt. for the purchase. Nearly 20 purchase ordered were initiated, procured and disbursed the amount.
3. As a ECE Dept. coordinator of Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP), prepared the Procurement Plan with the help of colleagues.
4. Helped the Institute to raise funds and fame as a GATE coaching coordinator for ECE Dept. and resource person for training, Jointly prepared the proceeding for the ISO certification.
5. New proposal for financial aid of 51 Lakhs from Centre for Research and Product Development has been prented before CERD.

1. A National Poster Conference is proposed with the financial assistance from CERD to provide platform for researchers and graduate students. This will provide a platform to the students doing research and to interact each other and with the industry.

3. Engaged a session on technical writing using Latex in a programme Coordinated at the IES College of Engineering, Thrissur 2009.
