Envidi-FrameworkWhat is meant by decomposable recycled plastic? It refers to the naturalchemistry structure of the material of the recycled plastic, wherein it willdecompose in a certain way when expose to the environment. In thedecomposition process, the chemistry and physical characteristics of therecycled plastic gradually weakens, and separates into its pure form, by theprocess of hydrolysis, it dissolves or breaks down into simple molecules andvanishes. The recycled plastic decomposes in a fast constant rate dependingon its exposed environment, it can be generalize into four technologicalprinciple, which are: biolysis, light decomposition, hydrolysis, and dissolution,however biolysis is the focus of this c ompany.

The process that allows biolysis has two methods: the first method is theplastic allows the biolysis matter to permeate the plastic material todecompose , the second method is the high polymer that makes it easy for theenzyme to decompose. The product s a synthesis of polyethylene which doesnot have a high decomposition rate and starch which has a natural highpolymer that easily decomposes, usually the process must increase the catalyst( accelerators ) to accelerate its decomposition. There are two decompositionmechanisms, first, the starch pellet maintains the decomposition consumption,that causes the high polymer substance to become porous , that makes theplastic products soft and increases the surface area. Another decompositionmechanism is the fat or fatty acid that reacts with the oxidants and bluemetals that are found in the soil from water calamities, that will produceperoxide. The high polymer chain will break apart from peroxide, the efficiencyof the decomposition mechanism is in direct ratio to the plastic productssurface area. Therefore, the two decomposition mechanisms actuallycomplement each other, and brings out t he best in each ot her, the highpolymer chain not only breaks up the physical characteristics and makes itsoft, but breaks them into smaller pieces, and maintains biolysis with its endproduct-water and carbon dioxide.

Envidi- Analysis*About product deposits:The product can be preserve for 5 years in storage under normal temperaturewithout other influence , it will only start to decompose outside in a naturalenvironment once you throw it away.*Is there pollutants after decomposition:Decomposition of plastic has passed thru several tests, denatured starch is ahigh polymer material without any toxicity, after decomposition it turns intocarbon dioxide, it changes first to less than 5 sq. cm. (5cmx5cm) thengradually start to decompose. According to the residual then year test of theChinese Ministry of Agriculture, after the recycled plastic decomposes andbecomes small scrap, not only does it not pollute the soil but it also loosensthe soil.*Questions regarding decomposition product:As a result of the decomposition product permeated the massive denaturedstarch, in view of load-bearing, it is slightly lower than polyethylene, butincreases the denatured starch content in an event by as high as 90% ofproduct, and can also definitely reach the load-bearing standard of thepolyethylene blow molding package (scientific and technical university CNSstandard test conclusion).
