The Biodiversity Project database is a Department of Conservation initiative to

facilitate the creation and administration of a national register of biodiversity

monitoring and management projects from both DOC and external

organisations or individuals. The database web interface is accessible on the

DOC website (www.doc.govt.nz) and allows contributors and members of the

public to search and view biodiversity project details of interest.

This form allows external organisations or individuals to record general

information (metadata) about their biodiversity monitoring or management

projects to be included in the Biodiversity Project database.

NOTES

• It is recommended to use separate forms for individual projects.

• Mandatory fields and “list” defined fields are marked in the form with

associated text

• However, you are encouraged to provide information for all fields on the

form.
