BIOMASS POTENTIAL

OF THE BULAGRIAN BLACK SEA REGION

The majority of biomass resources in the Bulgarian Black Sea Region are allocated in the small inland municipalities of Dolni Chiflik, Dalgopol, Aksakovo and Provadia.

Biomass can be used for heating of public and municipal buildings as well as for co-generation. However the potential and opportunities for utilization are still not known.
