Wood Plastic Composite
Wood Plastic Composites (WPC) combine polymer with wood 닶bres creating a material withthe inherent properties of timber whilst having a number of additional bene닶ts.
Wood Plastic Composite is not as susceptible as timber to changing moisture levels in theenvironment, eliminating the possibility of the material splinting and splitting. The lack ofmoisture held in the WPC also contributes to the product being less likely to suer fromrotting.
Knots and imperfections in timber form a weak spot when it comes to working the productand ongoing aesthetics. This is not an issue with Wood Plastic Composites as ourmanufacturing process is strictly controlled. Through focusing on development of toolingand process materials, we can produce a solid pro닶le with even density through its lengthand cross section, eliminating any imperfections, voids or weak spots in the pro닶le.
Our onsite design and tooling department will work with you to compile a set ofmanufacturing parameters to ensure that the product is dimensionally correct for yourapplication. Further alterations can take place onsite using standard joinery tools ifnecessary.

Extrusion Capabilities
Wood Plastic Composites (WPC) combine the inherent properties of timber with thefollowing additional performance characteristics:
Material Performance
Products has even densitythrough the length andcross section of the pro닶le,eliminating voids and weakspots in the WPC.
CONSISTENCY
The reduced moistureretention in the WPCcontributes to the productbeing less likely to suer fromrotting.

WPC is not as susceptible tochanging moisture levels inthe environment, reducingthe possibility of thematerial splinting andsplitting.
REDUCED WATERABSORPTION
WPC can be painted andstained.
PAINTING ANDSTAINING
WPC is self skinning, forminga smooth surface improvingthe weathering of the pro닶le,reducing bowing, cracking orwarping.
IMPROVEDWEATHERING
WPC can be screwed, nailed, glued and pinned andadditional alternations can bemade using standard joinerytools.
