B I O M A T R I X Public Policy and Governance DesignTheBiomatrixPublicPolicyandGovernanceDesignCourseexplainsthegenericprinciplesofhowsystemsare organised, develop and change. It describes governance systemsas sub-systemofothersystems(e.g.industries)andexplainshow(in)correctgovernanceisresponsiblefor(un)sustainableand(un)desirablesocietaldevelopment.
Participantsusethepublicgovernancesystemofwhichtheyareapartasthecasestudysystemthroughoutthecourse.Intemplate-drivenassignmentstheyidentifyandanalyseproblems,brainstormsolutions,createanidealdesign,implementationplanandchangemanagementplanfortransformingthecasestudysystem.

No formal tertiary qualifications arerequired. Participants should haveminimumEnglishlanguagecompetenceatNQF level 4 or equivalent and somemanagementexperience.
