The biogas fuel processor The trap decouples the residencetime of soot at hightemperatures from that of theproduced syngas.

A nanostructured delafossitecatalyst further boosts thegasification kinetics so that thesoot-free thermodynamicconditions can be attained.

It was not possible to tests it in the demonstration plant.

A problem with the coating was found, which did not allow the activation ofthe catalyst and so the biogas reforming
