The strategy shall build on the solid foundation laid by the NABDA, other federal and state government agencies and international agencies
for biotechnology development and business growth..
CEFAS’s in collaboration with AFRIC Energy and Commodity company USA, KBNC and RIBRA International company join hands
and resources to seize the opportunity for future growth, investment and jobs creation in the new economy through
biotechnology.
At the 6 geo political zones in Nigeria, we are very desirous to establish world class industrial clusters [Biotechnology Village
of Nigeria. BVN ]

range of facilities to support the multi activities taking place in the village and to accommodate the top
of the notch companies at a practicable degree of economy, safety and standard.
The Bio-village Lab Complex Multi-industries Warehouses
Bio-village flagship building, it shall
includes commercial offices and state-
of-the-art laboratories designed to
house various businesses and activities
in the Life Sciences Industry.
Designated and Incidental built up spaces
shall be made available for premium
warehouse units designed specifically for
storage, showroom, distribution, logistics
and light manufacturing purposes

housing units, Show and Retail spaces shall
be made available, open expo spaces,
warehouses and lab buildings, retail outlets

To enable us develop the most professional and accurate project plan/map,
timeline and architectural renditions possible, we shall secure all necessary
Legal and Financial instruments from the federal government and selected state
government authorities such as:
• The state Land use map, Master, Survey plan.
• All relevant information of the preferred project location [Socio- Geographical
Information's and documents] for the project and accurate financial model that would suit
the interest of all parties.
Is the land in question originally vested in the Federal Government of Nigeria and not the subject of compulsory acquisition under the Land Use Act? • Is the land held by the state under a Certificate of Occupancy? • How many years are left on the lease? • Does the certificate of occupancy contain any restriction on the right of the government’s or private
owner’s to transfer its interest in the land to any third party?
The project shall establish Legal - Stands/Structure in conformity with federal
government biotechnology development policy for the Effective Transfer of Interest from
public or private owners to BVN.
