5.09.20 – Teacher’s Day Celebration
Teacher’s day was celebrated on 5th September
with full zeal and enthusiasm. The student council
members of Junior School, Birla Vidya Niketan
paid tribute to their teachers with lovely perfor-
mances and memorable moments of teachers.
They program was filled with fun for teachers with
jokes and riddles.
World Literacy Day, extolling the virtues and high-
lighting the importance and impact of literacy on transformation of
society.
Class V F students conducted a special assembly on the topic ‘Peace
and Harmony’.
They expressed the meaning beautifully through a dance performance,
poem and posters.
Birla Vidya Niketan with CBSE in association with Fit India
Movement had conducted “Fit
India Freedom Run” from 10 September to 20 September 2020 to
encourage fitness among
the students of classes Nur to V. This event motivated all the
students to get freedom from
obesity, laziness, stress, anxiety and diseases. Everyone joyfully
and energetically participat-
ed and made the event highly successful.
CLASSES III-V
September 2020 with full enthusiasm and excitement. It
was an amalgamation of melodious songs and cultural
dance put up by the students. Our chief guest, Ms. Ratna
Singh, a naturalist, graced the occasion by sharing her expe-
riences and encouraged students to prioritise their educa-
tion. Students were awarded for their excellent academic
and co curricular performance in the session 2019-2020.
18.09.20 - An Inter House Virtual Debate was organised for the
students of classes 4
and 5 to enhance the public speaking skills of the students and to
give them an opportunity
to put forth their opinion or ideas confidently. All the
participants participated enthusiasti-
cally and spoke articulately on the topic - “Exams are an integral

World Rhino Quiz was conducted by WWF on 22nd September to
celebrate
World Rhino Day. 23 students of classes III,IV and V actively
participated
and contributed to make it a success.

Parnika Mangalik of I E participated in FASHIONISTA /HAUTE COUTURE
in
which the child had to dress up in an unique and attractive costume
based on any

Aamya Marwaha of II C secured the 1st position in the SALUDABLE
SALAD
based on SDG-3.The participant had to make a healthy salad and
mention the in-
gredients used in it.
