Birlasoft Customer Insight Lab: Leaving Footprints
On March 22nd, 2011, Arup Gupta, CEO – Birlasoft formally announced the CRM – Customer Insight Lab
at Bangalore to the Media (both Indian & International). This was done through a 2-pronged Media Approach of achieving depth through a media interview with an IT Trade
Publication (the IDG Group – a leading IT Media Group) as well as a global outreach through a Press Release.
This media launch has received significant success with over 300 media coverages across Indian and International Online and Print Media. A snapshot for some of the coverage received is given above.
These fructuous results were achieved under the able leadership of Arup Gupta, CEO and commendable efforts of Venugopal Terla, Vice President – CRM Practice, Hemlata Varlani, General Manager – Global Marketing, Mohit Verma, Senior Manager – Public Relations and many others who made this a reality.
