BIRTH CERTIFICATE UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS Go to www.gotsoccer.com Click on User Login

Click on Player & Families > Login

Enter Username and Password

You should now see your player page similar to below. Click on my profile.

You should see a page like this. Click on Club Documents

If any documents are already uploaded you will see them here. To upload a document, click on +Upload Document for Louisiana Fire Juniors (LA)

Enter BC in File Description. Click on Choose File and choose a digital file of your birth certificate on your computer. .jpg or .pdf files should work. Also please make sure that the birth certificate information is legible. Click on Upload File. You should now be done and see an encrypted file of the birth certificate uploaded to your player’s profile.
