g. Grievance Redressal mechanism for Faculty, staff and students

The College has established Grievances Redressal Cell, which examines the complaints and suggestions received from students staff of various units of the College. The activities of the cell will be monitored by a director. A committee is formulated with senior staff both teaching and non-teaching staff. The committee consists of both male and female members.

2. Suggestion box kept at Principal’s chamber to collect grievance of students

3. Counseling is made mandatory

h. Establishment of Anti Ragging Committee

1. Committee stressed to form anti ragging committee with all Department HODs,

experienced and senior faculty members as well as student volunteers

2. The telephone numbers of anti ragging committee is displayed in the campus at

various places to assist the students for help.

3. Regular watch to the classrooms as well as hostels.

4. Displayed the circulars and posters of the University in the campus.

5. Wall posters and pamphlets have been issued to all students to educate the

punishment for ragging.

6. Created awareness among the students by sending student circulars.

7. While admission itself we are committing the students against ragging by taking

undertaking.

11. Admission Procedure

The admission to regular B. Tech, M. Tech, MBA and Diploma Programmes are made based on the merit secured in EAMCET, ICET , PGECET and CEEP exams conducted by A.P. State Council for Higher Education. Similarly, admission to B. Tech is based on the merit secured in the Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) conducted by the A.P. State Council for Higher Education.
