The College has established Grievances Redressal Cell, which examines the complaints and suggestions received from students staff of various units of the College. The activities of the cell will be monitored by a director. A committee is formulated with senior staff both teaching and non-teaching staff. The committee consists of both male and female members.

The admission to regular B. Tech, M. Tech, MBA and Diploma Programmes are made based on the merit secured in EAMCET, ICET , PGECET and CEEP exams conducted by A.P. State Council for Higher Education. Similarly, admission to B. Tech is based on the merit secured in the Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) conducted by the A.P. State Council for Higher Education. The diploma holders successful in ECET are also eligible for admission into regular B. Tech. courses, at Second Year level.
