BizMobile Go! – Mobile Device Management
BizMobile Go! is the Mobile Device Management (MDM) service with the cap-ability of device remote configuration and control, and information collection forsimple and easy devicemanagement.
Device management operator can remote control such as passcode clear,device lock, remote wipe and selective wipe from the management console, inorder to prevent information leak by lost, stolen device just in case.

Login and Logout
Login
Enter below URL to your browser to open BizMobile Go! managementconsolewebsite.Please ask your partner the access URLwhere you will access.

Enter Unit Group ID, Operator ID and Password, captchacharacters, and thenclick Login.
How to enter captchacharacters;(Refresh icon) to reload captcha characters if current one is hard to read(Voice icon) to enter characters by voice listening.
Select Unit
If your unit group has 2 or more units, please select a unit to login.

Once log in to BizMobile Go! successfully, you see the DASHBOARD at first. This is the starting screen to use all function of BizMobile Go!. Please refer to"DASHBOARD" topic at the PDF file"Operating DeviceManagement".
Login FailedIf you see the message “Invalid unit group id or username or password, tryagain” or “Incorrect captcha.”, please confirm Unit ID, Operator ID, Pass-word or captcha characters are entered correctly, and then try again.
Log out
Click Logout button ( ) on the DASHBOARD. Once logged out, systemshows the Login Screen.

Obtain and register MDM certificate
To manage iOS Device, it is mandatory required to obtain and register MDMcertificate.
Note for Windows usersUse Google Chrome for this step. Windows Internet Explorer has someproblem to use AppleMDM certificate website.
StepGo to Settings -> Unit Details -> Create/UpdateMDM Certificate
Click Step 1: Download CSR File, and save the file “xxxxxxx.csr”(file name isvarious) into your local computer. This file is used in next step.

Apple Push Certificates Portal is opened in other tab (or window) on yourbrowser.
Important:n If Apple Push Certificates Portal is not displayed correctly, set browserzooming as 100%
n Log in by Apple ID. It is strongly recommended to create a new Apple ID fordevicemanagement only purpose. Do not use your personal Apple ID.
n Do not forget or lost this Apple ID. MDM certificate is expired every year,and need to renew using same Apple ID (refer to the "Renew MDM cer-tificate" topic at the PDF"Operating Device Management" ). If you forget orlost Apple ID, you need to register all devices again.

Click Create a Certificate.
In Terms of Use screen, tick “I have read and agree to these terms and con-ditions”, and then click Accept.
In Create a NewPush Certificate screen, select the file you saved in step 1.

Click Upload.
After Upload successfully, Confirmation screen is displayed. Click Downloadand save the file. After save file, Sign out from this site, and close this tab (orwindow).

At Step 3: Upload Certificate File area, upload the file named “MDM_BizMobile,Inc._Certificate.pem”. Drag and drop the file or click this area toopen file selection screen. Once selected file, click Save.

You see the message “The upload certificate process hasbeen successfully.Push Key xxxxx...”
To confirm MDM certificate information, go to Settings > Unit Details.
Go to Settings > Unit Details and click Edit Apple IDNote.

Enter Apple ID which is used to register MDM certificate as your reminder andclick Save button.

Device check-in (for Device users)
Device check in information is provided by DeviceManagement Operator.

Preparing Book (iOS 8 and Later only)
For iOS device, BizMobile Go! supports book distribution with administrativemode. iBooks(*.ibooks), ePub(*.epub) and PDF(*.pdf) formats are supported.
Note) iBook Store books are not supported.
Create Book

What is Organization?
BizMobile Go! supports Organization tomanage user(s) as group.Please switch view mode from “List” to “Tree” to use Organization function.Operator can filter user(s) and device(s) based onOrganization.

Preparing Application information
AppStore(iOS), Google Play Store(Andorid) applications and inhouse applic-ations are supported. To configure applications, please prepare below inform-ation or file.
Application Distribution
n For iOS device, BizMobile Go! supports application distribution as Man-aged application.
n For Android device, BizMobile Go! supports Application catalog with option“Mandatory” or “Optional”. Over the air installation is not supported.
n For Windows10 device, BizMobile Go! supports inhouse applications dis-tribution. Store application distribution is not supported.
Preparation
For App Store Applicationsn Application ID…right click application icon at iTunes Store, and “copy link”and then paste it into your text editor. Application ID is available as below(“123456789” for this example)(Example) https://itunes.apple.com/jp/app/sample.jp-bizmobile/id123456789?mt=8

You can renew the saved app information by uploading .ipa file which has sameIdentifier to replaced one.You can see each past renewal information at Release History.[Notes] in Release history display the text description of each [Release Notes]and you can edit it anytime.
Application auto management (iOS9 and Later only)
For iOS, if application which tries to distribute from MDM is already installed,this application cannot manage by MDM (Unmanaged) because iOS cannotreplace existing application with the one which is distributed byMDM.

However, if application auto management is ON, BizMobile Go! replaces auto-matically in this case and change status of the application from “Unmanaged”to “Managed”.
<Notes>Application automanagement is available only for iOS9 and later device. If automanagement is ON for iOS8 or older, error will happen. Please set auto man-agement set OFF for iOS8 or older.
Application auto management can be set per Template. Choose auto man-agement setting on Template selection screen when creating applicationinformation.
App Store application auto update management (iOS only)
For application on App Store which is distributed from BizMobile Go! , ifupdated version is released by application vendor, you cannot update the applic-ation in the device unless you update and install them manually.However, if application auto update management is ON, BizMobile Go! detectsupdates of App Store application and install automatically. Further, settings inthe application which is updated will take over previous one.
App Store application auto update management can be set per Template.Choose auto update setting on Template selection screen when creating applic-ation information.

Banned Application List
What is Banned Application Detection?
This functions enable to detect specified application(s) are installed into the iOSand Android devices under BizMobile Go! defined by device managementoperator. If banned applications are installed, BizMobile Go! shows Alarm foreach banned application.
Device management operator can define Black List which defines bannedapplication orWhite List which defines installation allowed applications.
Black List and White List
To detect banned application(s), BizMobile Go! supports Black List and WhiteList as the application groups. Black List and White List are assigned to des-ignated template, based on your application installation policy.
Black List is the application group of Banned application(s). BizMobile Go!detects application(s) which is LISTED in the Black List.
White List is the application group of installation allowed application (s). BizMobile Go! detects application(s) which is NOT LISTED in the white List.
Only one banned type (Black or White) is defined to the template. But operatorcan assignmultiple Black/White Lists if the banned type is same.

When BizMobile Go! detects banned application on the device, below alarm isdisplayed at the Active Alarm List.

Create Black List/ White List
Step1. CONFIG -> Banned Application -> White List (or Black List) and click Create
2. Enter necessary information
