We are going to simulate a complete transaction from an Order to a Despatch Advice and an Invoice. Click button Open to start.

Processing an Order to a Despatch Advice.

Click Icon Create in the column Despatch in the first order line to generate a despatch advice. The rest of the icons do not work in this simulation.

Click button Print to show the Despatch Advice in human readable format in a separate browser window.

You can print it and use it as a pick-list for your warehouse employees.

Messages with status send will be physically send on Log out (Main page) or by clicking button Send All on page Messages Ready to Send. (Main page)

Click button HOME to be able to Log out or go to page Messages Ready to Send.

Before we are going to send the Despatch Advice we are going to create an Invoice too.

Click on button Open right to (busy: 3).

We are going to simulate the creation of a Pro Forma order message. Click button Partners to start.

If you received an order by phone, mail or fax you need to create an electronic pro forma order before you are able to create a despatch advice and/or invoice message.

You can create one New order at a time.

Click button New order to continue the simulation.

Click button Save to continue the simulation.

We just created our order header and saved it. Now click button Add line to add a product.

Click button Browse to be able to make a selection from your products.

Virtually fill in the quantity by clicking the field.

All mandatory fields are then filled.

Click Save to continue.

You can add as many order lines as needed. You are also able to edit the order header at this point.

For simulation purposes we added two more products. 100 pieces for product line two and 150 pieces for product line three.

We now presume the order message is complete, click button Ready to finalize the order.

You then are able to generate a Despatch advice and/or an Invoice.

Click on button Home.

Here you are able to open the page Overview Orders so you can process the order message you just created.

- Creating Pro Forma Order

In this simulation we are going to see how Bizz-E automatically generates additional lines with SSCC label codes in a Despatch advice.

Click button Open to go to page Overview Orders.

First we are going to look at the order message to see how many order lines are present.

Click button Open to see the order message.

As you can see there are three different products ordered.

Click button Back to return to page Overview Orders.

Click icon Edit in column Despatch to see the despatch advice message.

As you can see Bizz-E automatically divided the products into several lines accordingly to the capacity of the carrier for each product that you have set in its master data.

Product one (200 pieces), product two (100 pieces) and product three (150 pieces) where divided into nine lines and given unique SSCC label codes. Click Print to see the despatch message or Carrier to continue the simulation.

You now can use the SSCC numbers shown in your third party label print software so they can be printed by your label printer.

If you have generated labels already, select a carrier and click Edit to change the SSCC into your generated SSCC. Click Edit to continue the simulation.

If you are ready, either with printing the SSCC or with changing the SSCC numbers, click the button Back to be redirected to your despatch advice.

To change the status of your despatch advice to send, simply check the box Send.

To physically send the despatch advice go to Home and use the button Log out.

Use button Log out to virtually send the message.

Use the functionality of your web browser to physically print the despatch advice.

The printed version can be used for pick list and to verify that each label has been placed on the correct product carrier.

You also can use this page to copy the SSCC label codes onto your clipboard so you can easily paste the code in the applicable field of your third party label print program.
