For December we can’t wait to come buy to say hi to you and wish you a Happy Holi-day Season and see your holiday decora-tions. We also look forward to new fun, memories, and clients in 2014. We love our past clients who have become some of our dearest friends. Buying and selling is not always easy and to those of you who did it this year we are glad to see you have the chance to have your first holiday in your new home. And for our other clients we are excited you still love your home like the first days you owned it! Happy Holidays. May everyone have a wonderful 2014!

Happu Holidays!

Brandi and Josh here! What a November or Movember for those of you, including Josh, helping to fight cancers that afflict men (creepy mustache). This past month had epic weather, so the outdoor lifestyle was being enjoyed daily. Josh and I took the time to work hard and play hard. Be-tween the two of us we played volleyball, splashed in the ocean, visited Mexico, and had other summertime fun in this autumn.

In real estate, we continued to have pumpkin give aways and jewelry parties. We also listed 2 new great beach properties featured in this months edition. We also noticed a push for end of the year home buyers. One of our listings received 7 offers. We also continued to fight for our buyers to get them in homes in time for the holidays. It is hard to believe December is already here and we are busier than ever!

Dear Reader,

Puerto Vallarta

Beach volleyball, sunbathe, paddle board, and kayak are just a few activities that will keep you and your family busy all day long. Location is in a class of its own and opportu-nities for a place like this are few and far be-tween. Barbeque on your balcony and look over the whole Capitola Village. Walk down and enjoy excellent restaurants, unique shops, and much more. Front row seats for the “wharf to wharf race” and the Capitola Art and Wine Festival are just two of the events that make Capitola a cut above! You can use this as the perfect vacation rental or spend all summer creating memories with family and friends that will last for genera-tions to come!

Have you always wanted a beach home but didn't want to deal with the Coastal Commission, engi-neered sea walls, and foundation concerns that oth-er beach front properties have to deal with...well here it is. This home that is steps to Sunny Cove, around the corner from Twin Lakes Beach, and cruis-ing distance to the Harbor. It gets better though...this home was recently masterfully renovat-ed by local stars such as Perry Wiget Homes, Plumbed Elegance, Lydia Lyons Design, and Dream-scape Landscaping. Their vision was to bring you a modern and handsome beach retreat that is tech-nologically savvy and energy efficient. The home is run by state of the art Savant Technology Systems where you can run the home from the touch of your finger on your iPad or iPhone. The home features high end touches from solar panels to imported Ital-ian fixtures, walnut floors, and fossil filled limestone counter tops. You cannot help but feel pampered and rejuvenated in this home as you the heated bathroom floors caress your feet, the ocean reflec-tions bronze your checks, and a steam shower melts your cares away. You are steps to surfing, paddle boarding, tide pools, and frolicking on the beach.
