Day 1

* MICHELIN RESTAURANT OPEN COLONNA In 1985, Chef Antonello Colonna took over the reins, and oversaw a gastronomic revolution that would immediately conquer the most refined palates of Rome's gourmands. Antonello’s mother embraced this revolution enthusiastically, supporting and following what became the restaurant’s new regime: maintaining the flavours of traditional dishes wile giving them a contemporary twist to adapt them to today’s more refined tastes and habits. This “recipe of recipes” made it one of the best Italian restaurants. Its specialties represent a traditional home-style cuisine that owes much of its success to the simplicity and speed with which dishes are prepared. In short, “Antonello Colonna” is not just a restaurant where you can sample tasty and inviting dishes, but above all a place where you will be treated as a very special guest in a truly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

This Private tour will allow you to enjoy some rooms that are generally closed to the public Lunch at the restaurant Aroma (at Manfredi Palace), overlooking the Colosseum. Day 2

Rome – Private dinner at Palazzo Patrizi Boerl&Kroff Champagne will accompany the meal   Between the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, this palace offers a truly evocative atmosphere. Belonging to the Patrizio family since 1642. Original furniture and stuccos take you back in history. Welcomed by the Marquis Corso himself, you will be escorted through the rooms and personal art collection by an art historian. The banquet will be held on the 2nd floor, and you will have the chance to taste the superb family wines of Marquis Patrizi Montoro and Marquis Frescobaldi.

Day 2

Morning set for relax. Free Lunch In the afternoon, if requested (prior departure - preferable on booking time in order to assure the service) we may use our contacts for private shopping, based on client’s prior requests. We may arrange private visit for:   Valentino’s Private Atelier   Gianni Bulgari   Private renown tailors, both for women and men

Alternatively, we will dispose private cars and hostess for assistance (In this case timing may be arranged based on guest’s request) A leisure ride in horse carriage, exploring the highlights of the city center, prior to dinner.   Dinner at L’Antica Pesa – where movie stars – local and international – love to show up.

DAY THREE

Day 3

  Close to Rome (51km), we will privatize the F1 circuit of Vallelunga, for a whole day of driving experience, using Ferrari 430 Challenge GT Cup - car properly prepared.

We will have 4 professional instructors, 4 Ferrari 430 GT Cup prepared vehicles and 3 Lotus as support and warming up activities. Exclusive use of circuit & paddock. Camera cars, video and photographic service included. Lunch with private catering at the circuit facilities. Boerl&Kroff Champagne will accompany the day Activities from 9.00 am until 18.30 pm (on the track) Apertive at the Tiepolo Lounge by Boerl & Kroff Champagne– at Hotel Cavalieri. Evening dinner at La Pergola - 3* Michelin Back to Hotel and overnight.

VENICE

An historical palace with an elaborate Gothic façade, but when you step inside you find yourself projected into a future in which each item of the decor has been designed exclusively for your pleasure. The interiors maintain an historical atmosphere, but pinpointed by modern design furniture.

Sailing on a traditional Bragozzo into the Lagoon, and lunch on board prepared by chef

Mauro. The Eolo is one of the few remaining bragozzo boats in the world. Its chef blends traditional and historical cuisine with the freshest availability of the day.

Special opening of a famous glass factory and demonstration with an artist Venice Laguna Islands visit by private wooden motorboat, and Dinner in a famous traditional Venetian restaurant – Il Gatto Nero - renown for fish local and classical specialties Boerl&Kroff Champagne will accompany the meal

Day 7

Free time and relax in the morning Water Taxi at disposal. La Boheme (or according to schedule) at La Fenice Theatre at 15.30 Aperitive at Café’ Florian private table from 18.00 to 19.00   Private Dinner at Palazzo Pisani Ferri – Elegant Dinner

FOR INTERNATIONAL DEPARTURES (assuming Rome would be the international entry/exit port) Upon your departure in Rome - Fiumicino International Airport, our English speaking assistant will meet and greet you at the door of your Private Car and with a Private Porter will accompany you trough the check in procedures and skipping customs and security check point lines.

About Private Jets   Private jets that we usually use are Piaggio P180. We directly deal with a company that owns the jets, instead of brokers. Its characteristics are: The comfortable cabin, capable of carrying up to 7 passengers is 1.75 m high and 1.85 m wide and is equipped with spacious and comfortable fully reclining seats. Luggage Compartment: Volume of the baggage compartment 1.25 m Length of the baggage compartment 1.70 x 0.70 x 0.60m Weight Limits Maximum load of the baggage compartment 159 kg / Maximum of the baggage load 244 kg/m2 This Vehicle is very silent, and cabin spacious and designed with detail.
