Michele L. Noel began working as a project manager in the construction industry in 1991. In 2001 she moved from Maryland and took a position as a Project Manager for a mid-size construction company in Loveland, Colorado. She has held roles in Project Management, Field Operations, Estimating and Business Development. She started Rhinotrax Construction, Inc. in 2004, with the vision of providing true honesty, absolute integrity and uncommon value to clients seeking a long-term rela-tionship with their construction team.
