•How does BleachBright™ work?

Using our one size fits all double sided mouthpieces/lens, you will receive our impregnated mouthpiece with a special whitening gel and other essential ingredients. Using our exclusive spectrum blue LED, with precise settings. Customers will position the mouthpiece between the upper and lower teeth. This formulation forces activation. The 30% Carbamide peroxide solution and oxygen will break into water molecules and free oxygen radicals. The free oxygen radicals combined with the carbon-based molecules in the stained teeth proceed to make all stains clear. This process will penetrate the tooth enamel but will not damage the enamel.

•How long will this process last?

One year is not unusual, but we do recommend that you now care for your newly bleached teeth with our new era formulated KeepBright™ Pen. Typically, we recommend pursuing another treatment in about six months for optimal results.

•How long does this process take and what are the results?

Results can vary as everyone is different. The grade of your teeth, DNA and your age can affect the process, but we recommend a 15-20 minute treatment (Do not exceed 30 minutes).

•How often should I use the maintenance product, KeepBright™ Pen?

We would recommend it as a daily maintenance and to use it especially for special events, dates, and/or engagements; anytime you meet with the public.

•Is BleachBright™ safe?Research has shown that if the teeth and gums are normal and healthy

there are no adverse effects to bleaching one’s teeth. You must make sure the dosage is of legal limits, not excessive, and self-administered. People with tooth decay or with any type of gum disease should avoid this treatment. If questions arise regarding this matter, advise the customer to contact his/her dentist. Never treat a pregnant or breastfeeding woman; although there are no known side effects, you must take this precaution.

Almost everyone will enjoy a benefit of the bleaching process if teeth and gums arehealthy. Remember, teeth can not be bleached whiter than genetically possible. Tetracycline stains can not be removed, and gray-shaded teeth will not always whiten. Also, any stains resulting from excessive fluorides or porous teeth will show little result. Excluding the above, about 99% of our clients experience success.

•I have a crown on my front teeth. Will your product whiten my crown?

No, but the standard procedure is to first whiten all the adjacent teeth, wait two weeks forthe color to stabilize, then go to your dentist and have him match the crown to the newshade of your teeth. On the contrary, if a crown has already been in place for many years,the whitening process can return the rest of the teeth to the original shade prior to thecrown placement. The same goes for composites, bridges and veneers. If white spots occur on the teeth after bleaching, this is called “calcium deposits” and will dissipate in a few hours up to 24 hours.

•Will the gel and peroxide you offer be the same as from my family dentist?

Absolutely! Our partner in dentistry actually supplies a great deal of product to dentistoffices throughout the nation. Our carbamide peroxide, although at legal limits, is in many cases more potent than what your dentist will supply. Federal Guidelines FDA: Rules, Regulations, Guidance, and Classifications:

Q. What is an ultraviolet activator?A. It is a device that produces ultraviolet light intended to polymerize or take off resinous dental pit and fissure sealants or restorative material by transmission of light through a rod.

The scope of this guidance includes devices that use light sources such as quarts-tungsten-halogen lamps, light emitting diodes(LED’s), and xenon-plasma arcs, as well as laser energy sources.

Rule: The FDA guidance does not include heat or light sources intended exclusively for tooth bleaching procedures. These are classified under 2CFR 872.6475. Heat Source for Bleaching Teeth, product code EEG. These devices are exempt from the pre- market notification procedures in subpart E of part 807 of this chapter, subject to the limitations of 872.9. (This action being considered cosmetic)

Q. What is FDA’s authority over cosmetics?A. It is very important to understand that Congress passes the laws and governs the United States. To put those laws into effect, Congress authorizes certain government agencies, including the FDA to create and enforce the rules and regulations, but only those as authorized under the law. (A change in FDA’s statutory authority over cosmetics would require a full congressional vote.) BleachBright™ ™ is a cosmetic procedure for teeth whitening. Although not a defined criterion we have gone beyond the rules and regulations and have had all products cleared and are approved with the FDA.(It would take an act of Congress to change these rules.)
