How to Create a “Blogger” Blog:

l) Click labels.o Add the label of P2, P3, or

whatever you brought (keep labels short but specific).

m) Click options:o Make sure that reader

comments are “allow”ed.n) Click “Publish” at the top.o) Click “Layout” on the left side of

the screen.o Choose “Add a Gadget”

above “Blog Archive.”o Choose labels

o Click “Save”o Click “Save Arrangement”

p) Click “View Blog” at the top.q) Your blog post is published! (Notice the labels on the side)r) To add comments, click on “0 Comments.” (this will be used in a few minutes)

Step 3: Add your URL to the Google Doc:

a) Copy your website’s URL.b) Open this link:

http://bit.ly/gwpteacherdemoc) Paste your URL link by your

name.

Assignment:

1. Post your P2, P3, or whatever your brought to your blog.

a. Add appropriate labels to your post and title your post appropriately.

2. Add a comment to your post requesting what kind of feedback you’d like from

your study group.

3. Open the blog of the person below you on the Google Document (the last person

in the group should edit the first)

4. Read their post and their feedback comment.

5. Add a comment to their post giving specific and thorough feedback based on the

questions they asked.

a. If finished early, also comment on the person above you on the Google

Document.

Creating a Gmail Account:

1. Go to www.gmail.com2. Click “Create an account” 3. Fill out all the required information4. Uncheck “Set Google as my default homepage.” 5. Check “I agree to the Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy”6. Uncheck “Google may use my account information to personalize

+1’s on content and ads on non-Google websites.”7. Click “Next Step”8. Click “Continue to G-mail”

(if something pops up about needing a phone number please call over your teacher)
