Julie E. Wollman, Ph.D., President, Edinboro University, formed a Blue Ribbon Commission on Campus-Community Safety chaired by retired Judge Michael Palmisano, for the dual purposes of ensuring that the University is doing everything possible to secure the safety of students who live off-campus while preparing all students to be the best possible neighbors to other residents of our larger community.
