Hardware Components The official hardware components for BlueJeans Huddle version 1.0 are as follows:

Intel NUC PC - NUC5i5MYHE or higher Kit with Core i5-5300U 2.3GHz CPU, minimum of 8 GB RAM, minimum of

120GB SSD or greater, Windows 10 Pro. In China, the model should instead be the NUC6I5SYK

Apple iPad

- iPad running iOS 10 or higher, with Wi-Fi only and the minimum storage capacity (typically 32GB) - iPad Mini is recommended

Revolabs FLX UC 500 - Conference Phone, speaker & microphone combo

Logitech c930e

- HD USB Webcam

Prerequisite Action Items

Prior to installing the BlueJeans Huddle Room, the following items should be setup and enabled:

Network:

- iPad needs wireless access to the internet and must be on a network that can reach *.bluejeans.com. Allow outbound connections to TCP Ports 80 & 443.

- NUC PC requires an Ethernet connection to the LAN (static IP not required). Allow outbound connections to TCP Ports 80 & 443 in addition to the standard BlueJeans Ports.

OS Configuration: - Windows Account required to log into Huddle PC, preferably a Local Admin Account. Can be a shared

service account - Apple ID Account required to activate the iPad

Relay Setup & Configuration:

- It is recommended for IT Administrators to setup and install BlueJeans Relay before BlueJeans Huddle is setup. Click Here for our Getting Started with Relay Guide.

Note: The Relay Listener install file has been placed on your computer desktop. There is no need to install the latest version of JAVA as it has been done for you already already.

- The Huddle Room should have an inbox/calendar created for it - Relay’s Listener Service is required for integrating Exchange Calendars with a Huddle Room. - Google Calendar integration requires the Calendar ID.

Hardware Setup:

- The Huddle Room will require a TV or large Monitor to act as the room’s display. - Cat5 Ethernet Cable required to grant the NUC PC internet access. - Unbox and Organize all hardware components.

Command Center:

- BlueJeans Admin account that has been enabled with Command Center is required for remote management and monitoring of Huddle Rooms.

Initial Setup Unpack and arrange all hardware components. Make sure you have completed and setup the prerequisite items before proceeding. For the initial setup of the NUC PC, you will need a USB keyboard and mouse.

1. Attach the NUC to the back of the TV or hidden from user view.

2. Connect the HDMI cable to the TV and then into the NUC.

- Volume on the TV should be turned [OFF].

3. Connect Power Cord and RevoLabs Conference Phone to the NUC.

4. Connect the Logitech webcam to one of the rear USB ports.

5. Tie and hide as many of the cables as possible, the less wires showing the better!

6. Connect a USB keyboard and mouse to the NUC. These will be temporary.

Configuration 1. Turn on the NUC PC.

2. Create a Local Admin Account and Login.

3. Go to Settings and configure the following: - System Settings Power & Sleep: Screen Off [NEVER] & Sleep [NEVER].

- System Settings Notifications & Actions: Turn [OFF] all notifications.

- Update & Security Windows Update: Turn [OFF] Windows Update Notifications.

- Update & Security Windows Defender: Turn [OFF] Defender Notifications

- Control Panel Windows Firewall: Turn [OFF] Firewall & Firewall Notifications.

- Control Panel User Account Control: Adjust slider bar to the very bottom option.

- Personalization Lock Screen: Turn [OFF] Screensaver.

4. Right-click on Date & Time and adjust Time Zone if needed. 5. Launch the Huddle installer (located on the computer desktop). 6. Click the [GENERATE CODE] button to prep the system for pairing. 7. Write down the Huddle Pairing Code as a backup. Now you’re ready to setup the iPad!

Initial Setup & Configuration

1. Turn on the iPad.

2. Follow the initial installation instructions. (Requires an iTunes Account)

3. Once completed, connect to your network using Wi-Fi.

4. Go to Settings and configure the following: - Display & Brightness: Set auto-lock to [NEVER].

- General Accessibility: Enabled Guided Access and set a Passcode.

5. Launch the Apple App Store and search for the ‘BlueJeans Huddle’ app.

6. Install the BlueJeans Huddle app.

7. Once installed, go to Home and Launch the newly installed Huddle App.

Pairing the NUC & iPad

- From the iPad, click the [YES, I AM READY] button to start the Pairing Process.

- Login with your BlueJeans Username & Password. - The User is only used to Activate the Huddle Room and associate it with your Enterprise Group.

- If your company uses SSO, tap the [Next] button after entering your email address access to your SSO Login Screen. Touching the ‘Password’ field will not accept your SSO Password.

- Enter the Huddle Pairing Code seen on your TV or the code you wrote down from earlier.

4. Once Paired, enter a Name for the Huddle Room.

5. Tab the [Home] button on the iPad three times in quick succession to start Guided Access.

6. Congratulations, you’re Huddle Room is now paired and ready to use!

Testing the Huddle Room Once you have paired your Huddle Room, it is recommended that you join a meeting to test the equipment and software. The Meeting ID can be entered in manually using the iPad and pressing the [Join] button. If you do not have a test session setup in advance, then you can join the BlueJeans Test at Meeting ID 111.

Calendar Integration As a Group Admin for your Enterprise, you have the ability to connect calendars to each of your Huddle Rooms. This populates upcoming meetings on the iPad and allows your users to join with a single touch of the screen.

1. Log into a BlueJeans Admin account and access the Command Center. 1. Click on the ‘ROOM’s tab to view a list of your provisioned Huddle Rooms.

- If you do not see the ‘ROOMS’ tab, contact [email protected] to have it enabled. 2. Click on the [CONNET CALENDAR] button on the Huddle Room you want to integrate.

3. On the new page, click on the GEAR icon to bring up the Calendar Integration menu.

4. Enter in the Calendar’s unique Calendar ID and select the type of Calendar; input is case sensitive.

- Google Calendar will require the Calendar ID of the Calendar

- Exchange Calendar will require the Primary SMTP Address of the mailbox. 5. Click Save to integration the Calendar to the Huddle Room!
