02Incentive in Venezia
DAY 1 - THURSDAYMorning transfer to the Venice Marco Polo airport or to the Venice Santa Lucia train station. Arrival by car/taxi/shuttle bus to Piazzale Roma.13.00-14.00 pm ferry trip to Marina Vento on the island of La Certosa for check-in and boarding on a sailing boat. The island of La Certosa is located north-east of Venice, in the immediate vicinity. It is accessible by sea and the island has a hotel with a restaurant and a marina equipped to moor boats.14.00 pm The skippers will welcome us on the boat that will host us for these three days. The boats can accommodate up to 8 people and are equipped with electricity and heating for winter.16.00 pm We raise anchor and sail toward the majestic Piazza San Marco with its bell tower. The view of the square from the boat is a unique and thrilling experience. A toast on board with an excellent Prosecco, typical Veneto wine to enjoy the view of the Serenissima Republic of Venice from the sea.19.30 pm Back to our boat and dinner in a hotel on the island of la Certosa.
DAY 2 - FRIDAY8.30 am Breakfast in the hotel. 9.30 am We raise anchor and sail toward the enchanting Murano and Burano. These islands are the jewels of the Venetian lagoon considering the colours of small houses

The town centre is renowned for Murano glass production, born when the Venetian Republic, fearing fire and destruction of the city, ordered glassmakers to move their foundries to the island in 1291. Here we will meet the guide that will take us to a glass factory. During the tour we will have the opportunity to see a master glassmaker in the art of glass blowing and sculpture. After that, we will also have the chance to participate in a workshop: we can manufacture jewels or glass mosaics under the supervision of the master. After the tour, lunch of your choice.14.00-16.00 pm We set sail again, this time heading to Burano for a walking tour of the island and to take picturesque photographs. Burano will surprise you with its colours and narrow channels used as roads. There are many coloured and lively houses, shot countless times by the most famous photographers in the world. 19.30 pm back to La Certosa for dinner in the hotel.
DAY 3 - SATURDAY8.30 am Breakfast in the hotel.9.30-12.30 am We set sail again, this time to reach the open sea and start a challenge: we have two boats, two skippers and two different crews. Let the regatta begin! Before embarking, short briefing to prepare for the competition with the skippers. Once in the open sea, we fix a starting and an arrival point and do our best to assume the right role and lead the boat as a team. This will be fun and the last… will pay a round of drinks!12.30-13.30 pm Lunch at Venice Certosa Hotel.14.00-18.00 pm Guided visit of Venice between the streets and squares.19.30 pm Dinner in the hotel.

Sailing corporate challenge
Bluewago organises a regatta race in the spectacular waters of the lagoon in Venice to test the skill and dexterity of the participating teams.
You are free to create your crew and register in the competition by renting a sailing boat with professional skippers. The regattas are held with a minimum of two participating yachts.

Every year during the second Sunday of October over 2000 boats meet in the Gulf of Trieste to compete for the Autumn Cup. However, Barcolana is not only a sporting event but it is above all a great event that involves tourists and brands from all over the world. A week of shows, concerts, cultural events and minor regattas that crown Trieste as the sailing capital of the Mediterranean.
