Green Sleeve™ Urinal Sanitiser The Green SleeveTM is a consumable retro-fitting device for urinals that locks in odours and prevents foreign matter entering the pipe work. The Green SleeveTM deals with common urinal problems by eliminating unpleasant smells, reducing blockages, improving hygiene, enhancing washroom appearance and reducing both operating and maintenance costs. The Green SleeveTM, together with the Bio Blitz Biological Cleaner, keeps the urinal fresh and waste pipes protected from corrosion.

How it works The Green SleeveTM releases millions of friendly bacteria that digest uric salt, organic waste and sludge deposits. It lasts up to three months maintaining urinal efficiency and presentation. The Green SleeveTM comes with a copper inhibitor that helps to coat the pipe work, preventing corrosion caused by the uric salt and ammonia present in urine. Installation The Green SleeveTM easy fits into any type of urinal by installing a waste adapter. Our complete range of waste adapters are designed to fit all sizes of water outlets found in wall and trough urinals. We manufacture waste adapters from 50 to 120mm diameter. Wee On™ Urinal Screens The Wee OnTM Urinal Screen is a urinal screen containing a water soluble bio-block that disinfects and deodorizes men’s urinals. These bio-blocks are made with natural and friendly bacteria that digests urine, uric salt, ammonia and organic matter. Wee On breaks down urine and related waste products down to water and basic minerals preventing blockages and build-ups. The Wee On Screens contain natural citric fragrance that deodorizes and freshens the urinal Directions for use: Fit the Wee On onto the urinal base or every 50cm in trough urinals.

Waterless Urinal Oil The Waterless Urinal Oil (WUO) is an innovative Bio-Bacterial oil designed to trap and eliminate odours in waterless urinals. The oil sits on top of the urine and water contained in the urinal cartridge creating a seal that stops unpleasant smells from entering the washroom from the urinals. The WUO contains ‘friendly cleaning’ bacteria that produce powerful Enzymes capable of digesting any organic matter such as urine and ammonia whilst decalcifying uric salt. Grease Destroyer MAXX has been specifically formulated for systems with a history of excessive fat, oil and grease (FOG) related problems. This powerful concentrate employs the effective FOG and odour control technology contained in the Standard Grease Destroyer but at higher concentration levels which allow for its use more difficult systems. Regular use of GD MAX will significantly reduce noxious odors and also reduce costs associated with excessive grease pump loads. Directions for use: Initially apply 125ml/day per 1000L capacity during first week. Then 50ml/day. Apply when water flow is reduced to a minimum.

K1 Standard Grease Destroyer - Preventive care Grease Destroyer is a bacterial product containing advanced biological technology specially formulated to eliminate odours and digest fat, oil and grease (FOG) in grease trap and grease collection systems. Grease Destroyer is ideal for use in the institutional food and service hospitality industries. Directions for use: Initially apply 250ml/day per 1000L capacity during first week. Then 100ml/day. K6 Trap Sak Solid Grease Treatment Trap Sak is a highly concentrated water soluble cylinder formulated bacterial technology for grease and odour control. K6 Trap Sak is designed to slowly and constantly deliver powerful bacterial cultures to the system to maintain proper biological activity and constantly degrade grease, fats and oil. Trap Sak is a revolutionary and safe technology which can effectively degrade food residuals, FOG, and other BOD materials and control odours from hydrogen sulfide and other organic fatty acids. Directions for use: Hung the Trap Sak in grease traps, drain lines, clean outs, pump pits, lift stations, or any part of waste water collection system. K87 Soap Digester K87 Soap Digester is specially formulated to liquefy soap, grease and paper that has become hard in drains, drywells, septic systems and cesspools. K87 contains beneficial bacteria cultures capable of degrading difficult to breakdown debris. Adding K-87 to your system will fortify your system’s bacteria and help ensure problem free septic systems operations and lowered soap and detergent levels throughout the system. Directions for use: Apply though floor drains, sinks, laundry sinks or directly to the system. Pour 30mL per 3m lines, weekly. Apply when water flow is at its minimum.

K97 Mainline Cleaner - Perfect for low flow drains and sewer lines Sewage and other debris tend to accumulate in both sewer lines and main lines leading to septic tanks. This is a common problem as modern water saving toilets do a poor job pushing waste out of sewage lines. This troublesome organic build-up can quickly result in clogging problems and back-ups. Mainline Cleaner attacks this accumulated material and quickly restores proper flow, keeping your lines problem free. Directions for use: Pour 250mL into the toilet and flush. Repeat the process for four days. Use twice a year or as needed.

K67 Liquid Drain & Trap Cleaner K67 is formulated to degrade and eliminate organic debris that usually build-up in drains. Left untreated this buildup will cause clogs, unpleasant odours and back ups. Regular application of Liquid Drain & Trap Cleaner will keep drains and traps running freely and will eliminate any unpleasant smells. Directions for use: Pour 60mL down each drain for three consecutive days as initial treatment. For maintenance, pour 60mL down each drain weekly or as needed. Always apply when water flow is at minimum, desirably at night.

K-37 Septic Tank Treatment is specifically designed to restore the natural balance within septic tanks by promoting the efficient and rapid breakdown of solids, thereby reducing sludge and scum levels and resulting in reduced odours, less clogs and more efficient system operation. Directions for use - quarterly: Apply 1L per 2000L tank capacity. Repeat after 15 days then as required.

K57 Septic System Cleaner - Emergency Care Septic System Cleaner is a powerful biological product which is formulated with bacterial cultures. K-57 is powerful enough to act quickly in emergency situations where sluggish conditions, clogs surface water accumulations or back-ups have occurred. If your system is giving you trouble, get Septic System Cleaner and fix the problem. Directions for use: Apply 1L per 2000L tank capacity into the toilet and flush twice. Reduce water usage for 24hours.

K8 RoeTech 106PS - For sluggish systems K8 contains high concentrations of powerful beneficial bacteria for use in aerated waste water systems to digest organic matter. By simply pouring a tea spoon of K8 into any waste outlet, the friendly bacteria will digests paper, soap scum, sewage and grease through the pipe and will ultimately reach the septic tank, increasing the bacterial activity needed to rejuvenate the system’s performance whilst reducing unpleasant odours. Directions for use: Pour a teaspoon (10gr) directly to sink drains, floor drains, toilets, urinals, bathrooms, laundry or kitchen sink. Do not pour water into the system until next morning.

Caravans & Boats Grey Water Treatment - For greywater treatment Formulated to reduce soap build-up and residue odours in greywater holding tanks in caravans and boats. Specialised bacteria degrade soaps and detergents preventing build-up on tank walls, traps, and floats. These bacteria also degrade fats, grease and proteins from food preparation wastes that often cause nasty odours, preventing build-up. Our range of bacterial culture products for wastewater treatment are the result of a long-term research and development effort and years of experience utilizing bioaugmentation to solve wastewater problems.

The specially selected bacteria in the RoeTech line of bacterial cultures consist of three microbial mixtures of non-pathogenic, naturally occurring Bacillus bacteria in stable spore concentrates which are available in either dry or liquid form. Additionally, there are two mixtures of Bacillus and Pseudomonas bacteria in powder form.

RoeTech bacterial products are used to effectively treat municipal and industrial wastewaters and other wastes including surfactants, petrochemicals, hydrocarbons, fats, oil and greases (FOG), BOD5 and sludge. The successful degradation of these wastes is through bacterial activity and the production of enzymes including proteases, lipases, amylases, ureases, celluases, and/or reductases.
