Announcements

The right column on the home screen has useful information. Alerts & Announcements that you need to read.

Action ItemsFor P-Card Admins- It shows where transactions are for your cardholders.

For cardholders -they will see how many items they have outstanding.

Account DashboardFor cardholders it shows how much credit you have left on your card.

For P-Card Admins it lets you see all the cardholders and what their balances are.

Headers

Allows the cardholder to see their transaction.

Allows the card holder to print their statements.

Transactions view

To see your charges or if you are an approver you will be able to view items here.

End of Month Statement

Run your end of report Statements from this tab.
