The Milan at Town Center DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION
BOCA RATON is considered one of Florida’s most desirable markets – both from a residential and commercial standpoint – and has evolved into a densely populated city that has been forced to grow vertically over the last decade to accommodate its growth.
The city is characterized by a large upper-income population housed in a wide assortment of residential communities, from planned single and multifamily developments, to gated golf course estate homes, to hi-rise oceanfront condominiums. Despite its infill nature, moderate population growth is projected to continue for the foreseeable future on small tracts of land located to the extreme north and west of the city’s boundaries.

ROYAL PALM PLACE evolved from a charming neighborhood shopping center into a vibrant 14-acre mixed used development. Several notable restaurants located here have received high marks and national recognition from publications such as Zagat and Boca Raton Magazine for food, service, and decor. Dining options range from international fine continental to casual cafes and bistros. In addition to shopping and dinning, Royal Palm Place is also home to 185 luxury rental residences, “Class A” office space, and prime retail space. Visitors can also find art galleries and studios, jewelry and gift boutiques, and “Monument Piazza” where a 65 foot statue of architect Addison Mizner stands. The Piazza is home to various events such as festivals, car shows, and a popular Saturday Green Market.
THE SHOPS AT BOCA CENTER is a one of a kind, open air lifestyle center consisting of upscale restaurants and boutiques including Morton’s Steak House, Hoffman’s Chocolates, Total Wine and the Marriott Boca Raton Hotel. The center provides free events throughout the entire year.
