INGREDIENTS:250 grams of black chocolate.

250 grams of milk chocolate.

250 grams of white chocolate.

3 little packets of curd.

600 ml of cream and milk

Biscuits and some butter.

INSTRUCTIONS:First crush biscuits with butter. Pour them into a tin to make the base and heat it in the oven some minutes until crisp.Then heat some milk and cream, add black chocolate and when all is dissolved, add the curd. Everything is heated for 7 minutes without boiling. Then pour the biscuit base. Then follow the same steps with milk chocolate and then with white chocolate and pour over the biscuit base. Finally, without moving, put it into the fridge until everything is cold.

RECOMMENDATION: You can decorate it with little balls of different chocolates.

Chocolate browniesIngredients (for 6 people)

120 grams of chocolate

230 grams of butter

480 grams of sugar

4 eggs

140 grams of flour

1cc of salt

1/2cc of yeast

Instructions

Heat oven to 180° - 200 °. Melt the butter in a casserole over low heat, mix in a dish the melted butter and the sugar, add the eggs.

In a casserole over low heat melt diced chocolate and add to the mixture. Add the flour mixed with the salt and the yeast.

Mix until you get a smooth paste, pour the paste in a greased tin with butter or oil. Bake during 30 to 35 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle the brownie with icing and then cut it in squares.

FAIRY-CAKESINGREDIENTS

150 grams of sugar

200 grams of flour

120 grams of lard

4 eggs

Rind of lemon

PREPARATIONPlace the butter, the eggs and the sugar in a bowl at room temperature, mix the preparation.

Sprinkle the flour without beating; simply stir with a wooden spoon. Add the grated rind of lemon.

Smear the molds of fairy-cakes or tartlets with lard, and dust lightly with flour.

Place the preparation into sleeve and fill the molds up to 2/3 full.

Place them on a plate and put them to moderate oven, for 25 minutes.

Remove, let it cool and unmold. When they are cold, sprinkle them with sugar.

Ingredients:-2 cups of flour-1 teaspoon salt-1 teaspoon butter or oil-1 egg-about 3/4 cup warm water (add a pinch of dry yeast)

Stuffing and add-ons:-Strawberries-Cream-Powdered sugar

Instructions:Sift flour on pastry board; add salt, butter or oil and egg. Gradually add hot water and mix dough, flour gathered inside cavity. Mix until dough is soft and elastic, for about 5 - 10 minutes. Cover with a cloth. Rinse the strawberries, drain and remove stems. Set the water in a pot of boiling, slightly salted. Make wafers with a small glass to cut circles, put strawberries in the middle, make the cake in half and bend the edges of the dumplings. Boil until tender, for about 3 - 5 minutes. You can check whether the dumplings are already soft. Administered immediately with sour cream, sprinkled with powdered sugar or cream mixed with sugar.

Ingredients:

Four potatoes

Eggs

A glass of oil

Salt

Instructions:

First rinse the potatoes and slice them. Heat oil in a pan and put the potatoes in. Fry slowly and when the potatoes get soft, take them out. Then beat the eggs and add them to the potatoes. Then mix well and put everything into the pan with very little oil. Then turn the omelet over a couple of times.

MACARONIINGREDIENTS: 2 cups of macaroni3 1/2 large spoons of flourSalt, pepper 2 cups of skimmed milk1 cup of grated cheese2 spoons of minced onion1/2 spoons of mustard 1 spoons of Margarine 1/3 cup of minced bread

Instructions: Boil the macaroni. Mix the flour, the salt and the pepper on a pan, add the milk. Leave 2-3 minutes to the fire. Then add the cheese, the onion and the mustard. Leave 3 minutes more. Stir the mixture and pour into a container.

Melt the margarine on a pan with the breadcrumbs for 3-4 minutes and then add macaroni, mix everything together and they are ready to serve.

Ingredients:2

3 Apples

1/2 Glass of sugar

1/2 Glass of milk

3 Glasses of flour

Lemon zest

Apple jam

Instructions:Put all ingredients (except the apples) in a container. Then turn them in the mixer. Put the mixture in a bowl that is smeared with butter. Slice the apples and put them on top of the mixture. Heat it in the oven to 250ºC during 45 minutes. Take it out of the oven and cover the mixture with the apple jam. Finally, when it’s cold you can eat it.

CHEESE CAKE:INGREDIENTS:

- 4 eggs

- 1 / 4 of cheese

- 1 small can of condensed milk

- The same amount of normal milk

INTRUCTIONS:

Blend everything together and pour the mixture into a microwave container.

Put the candy liquid over it.

Put it into the microwave for 15 minutes.

CREPESINGREDIENTS

½ litre of milk

250 grams of flour

50 grams of butter

4 eggs

A little of oil

A little of salt

Chocolate (optional)

Cream (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

First, heat the butter in a skillet. Then mix the milk, the eggs, the flour, the salt and the hot butter into a bowl. Let the dough stand 2 hours.

Afterwards, pour oil in a skillet. Add gradually the dough of the crepes in a skillet. Finally put the crepes on a plate.You can stuff them with cream or chocolate.This is a dessert.

CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKEIngredients :

- 3 eggs- 300g of flour- 150g of sugar- 100g of butter- a little salt- 1 enveloppe of baking powder

Instructions : First, preheat the oven

Second, mix all the ingredients in a bowl, starting with the flour, the eggs and the butter.

Third lubricate a baking tin with a little butter and pour the mixture.

Fourth bake at half oven for 30 minutes. Take out and let it cool.

Fifth when it is cold, put the sponge cake out of the baking tin and you can cut it and cover it with chocolate .

SPAGHETTI CARBONARAINGREDIENTS:

Spaghetti butter or olive oil

Bacon eggs

Cream Parmesan cheese

Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put water to boil with salt and a dash of oil. Dip the spaghetti when the water is boiling and let them boil until tender. In a pan put the butter and fry the bacon. Beat the eggs with the cream. Rinse the spaghetti and add the cream with the eggs. Let them boil for a couple of minutes. Serve the drained pasta with sauce and Parmesan cheese.

PAELLA

Ingredients :

o 1 cup of rice

o 2 glasses of water

o Tomato, onion and garlic

o Dye

o 200 grams of prawns

o 150 grams of clams,

o One can of sweet pepper

Instructions:

-First fry the tomatoes, the onion, the clams and the chicken in oil. Then put the rice and the water. Then put the ingredients over the rice: the garlic, the salt, the dye and the clean shrimps. Cook for 20 minutes. Before finishing, put the red pepper. You can put some olives, too.

Fried eggs with potatoesThis Recipe is very easy and it doesn’t need a lot of ingredients.

Ingredients:

-Two eggs

-Oil

-Three potatoes

-Salt

Instructions:

Peel the potatoes and cut them in strips. Fry them in a frying pan with abundant oil, then reserved in a plate.

Heat the oil in a fying pan and break the eggs on it when the oil warms up and fry during a minute more or less.

CHICKEN WITH GARLICINGREDIENTS:

Rinse and cut the chicken in small pieces and put it in a bowl with lemon, garlic, parsley, pepper and salt during 3 hours or more.After this, fry the pieces of chicken in very hot oil until they’re quite roast. Put the pieces of chicken on a dish where they’re ready to serve.

HOT SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

2 slices of ham

1 slice of cheese

2 slices of bread sandwich

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat up a slice of bread with cheese and ham on top and the other. When it gets warm and the cheese is almost melted, put the other slice of bread on top and you have the dish.

Ingredients ( for 4 people )

1 base of pizza

1 can of tomatoe

Some ham

Some cheese

Oregano

InstructionsPut the base on the table. Open the can of tomatoe and spread the tomatoe on the base. Then, add cheese and cut the ham, and put everything onto the base. Then scatter a bit of oregano and finally, put the pizza into the oven and let heat the necessary time.

POTATO OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS:

100 grams of oil 100 grams of onion 400 grams of potatoes Salt 6 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat the oil in the pan, add the potatoes peeled and sliced. In a bowl beat 6 eggs, take the potatoes out of the pan and mix the eggs, the potatoes and the onion in the bowl and put everything back into the pan. Turn the omelette over and over for about 5 minutes.

Pancakes

Ingredients:

0,5 kg wheat flour 1 egg 6 tablespoons of sugar 0,5 l milk Butter

Instructions :

Mix the flour, sugar and milk in the pan, beat until it is all mixed, heat a skillet over medium heat, pour some butter into the pan, when it is hot pour the mixture, depending on the size of your pancakes, remove it from the pan and enjoy your pancakes.

Vegetal Sandwich

Ingredients2 slices of bread 1 boiled egg

3 pieces of lettuce 1/2 can of tuna

1 tomato 1 spoon of mayonnaise

½ onion

InstructionsSpread the mayonnaise on the bread; put the lettuce, the slices of tomato, some slices of onion and some tuna.

Add the pieces of boiled egg on the bread. Spread the other slice of bread with a bit of mayonnaise and put it over the first one. Put it into the fridge for 10 minutes.
