Our Experience• Sal could not easily schedule reliable dentist

appointment when moved to Germany due to language barriers

• Everyone in the group experienced long waiting times when going to doctors

Guerrilla Research• Jan, school teacher, 35: cannot schedule

appointments at desired time and always finds doctors overcrowded (2-3 times a year)

• Vania, researcher, 34: tried to reach doctor via phone and could not reach her personal assistance at all, so she had to find another one

• Thomas, IT developer, 40: “Google search and Jameda are easy to use but I don´t trust the “stars“ rating because people giving it are emotional about the doctor”
