Important: The terms, conditions and limitation of liability under which the tour operates are detailed hereunder and the payment of the tour deposit or tour price represents acceptance by the purchaser of the following:- 1. The tour in this brochure is organised and operated by Dublet D Pty Ltd t/a It’s Easy Tours. 2. Deposit: To confirm your reservation a deposit of $200.00 per person is to be paid within 7 days of booking. Reservations will be held for 7 days only without deposit. Balance of payment for your holiday is to be paid 40 days prior to departure. The company reserves the right to accept waitlist passengers in place of applicants failing to finalise within the prescribed time. 3. Occasionally it may be necessary to alter or amend itineraries, accommodation and sightseeing arrangements from those published. This may be due to road, weather and other operational needs prevailing at the time and is always made in the best interest of your comfort. Any personal expens- es incurred by a passenger as a result of any delay, alteration or curtailment of any tour, whether caused by mechanical defect, strikes or any other cause are the responsibility of the passenger. 4. A minimum number of bookings are required to operate a tour and also to ensure an enjoyable group atmosphere. Where sufficient numbers cannot be achieved, the Company reserves the right to cancel a scheduled departure date or tour. 5. Any special passenger requirements must be notified to the Company at the time of booking. No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on the tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of the Company, such as to render themselves incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers, or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers. The Company will not be responsible for expenses resulting in such persons being precluded from completing the tour for any such reason. 6. Where a tour is cancelled prior to the departure date, according to sections 2 or 3 above, we shall endeavor to offer the nearest possible alternative tour (subject to a refund or payment to cover any tour price difference.) or, if this is not acceptable, refund your monies in full. 7. The company cannot guarantee exact arrival and departure times and is not liable for any failure to make connections with any other service or guarantee the operation of any particular service. 8. The company reserves the right to cancel any ticket or booking or to refuse to carry any passenger where payments have not been received by the company within the times specified in the tour brochure. It is a condition of carriage that a passenger has paid all tour monies prior to departure of the tour. 9. In the event of industrial action affecting air, rail or tour related transportation the company will make every effort to contact the client and advise alternative arrangements. However if contact is not made, passengers should phone 0408 435 902 10. The company reserves the right to vary the price advertised or printed to cover any significant increase in air fare, fuel prices, or other tour related tariffs and costs. 11. Where the company does not operate the tour, attractions, excursions and/or optional tours (hereinafter called the ‘Tour Inclusions’) which may be included in the tour itinerary or associated with the tour, the company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury occasioned to any person or property as a result of any such Tour Inclusion undertaken during the tour whatsoever or however the same may be caused whether as a result of negligence or otherwise. 12. Due to Government regulations and company policy, smoking is not permitted inside tourist coaches, however, frequent stops provide opportunity for those who desire to smoke. 13. Travel Agents can forward deposits and other payments on your behalf, but are not the company’s agent for the purpose of receipt of monies. Receipt and deposit and/or payment by the travel agent does not constitute receipt by the company and the company is not liable in respect of any monies paid to your travel agent until such monies are received by the company. 14. To ensure all passengers have the opportunity to enjoy front and window seats, a daily seat rotation system is employed. 15. Where a single passenger is willing to share accommodation with a fellow single passenger, the company will endeavour to find another traveller of the same gender. The company otherwise accepts no responsibility for the suitability of the rooming partner and it is the condition of travel that single passengers willing to share accommodation accept the rooming partners allocated by the company. If a passenger at any time during the tour considers the rooming partner to be unsuitable, the company will, subject to availability and at the additional cost of the passenger, arrange single accommodation. If you are willing to share and there is no one to share with, the single supplement WILL be applicable. Single Rooms - are available upon request and a supplement is payable at the time of booking (see fare boxes). The supply of single rooms is limited. 16. Coach content only DOES NOT INCLUDE transfers to departure/return points or accommodation. Passengers electing to take coach content only are required to arrange their own transfers at the commencement and completion of tour. 17. Baggage is entirely at “owner’s risk” during the tour and we strongly recommend travel insurance be taken out. Passengers are warned against leaving articles on board carries or the tour coach at any time. TOUR PAYMENT DEPOSIT: $ 200.00 per person, paid within 7 days of booking. BALANCE: The balance of the total tour cost is due and payable 40 days prior to departure. It is the sole responsibility of passengers to forward tour payment by due date. CANCELLATION FEES – Domestic Only Days of Notice: Fee per person: 40 days or more $100.00 30 – 39 days 20% of fare 20 – 29 days 50% of fare 15—19 days 75% of fare 14 days or less 100% of fare These fees apply to coach content only. Any motel, airfare, cruise or additional travel cancellation costs may be applicable as per their individual cancellation policies. NOTE: There is NO REFUND for any unused portion of the tour. TRAVEL INSURANCE As travel insurance is highly recommended by Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, we advise passengers to out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances which may arise. LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE One medium size suitcase per person, the sum of its length/width and depth not to exceed 140cm (56"). In addition an overnight bag (airline size) which may be carried within the coach. Maximum weight of all luggage not to exceed 20kg (44lbs). We are required by strict government vehicle weight regulations to enforce and adhere to this limit. For overnight on the Spirit of Tasmania please pack an overnight bag. Your main suitcase will stay on board the coach, which makes the crossing with you. Day 1. Gosford – Albury (D) Newcastle & Central Coast passengers take advantage of our courtesy home pick-up service. Joining the main coach at Kariong to travel south joining the M7 freeway and Hume to Albury. Hovell Tree Motor Inn Day 2. Albury – Melbourne (B) Spirit of Tasmania – Bass Strait Today we will visit the quaint township of Beechworth for morning tea (own expense). A chance for you to sample one of the fine delights from the famous bak-ery. Making our way into the city of Melbourne for a brief city sights tour before we board the Spirit of Tasmania for our overnight voyage. Twin share cabins with window and private facilities. Day 3. Devonport - West Coast

Queenstown (BLD) Disembark around 6.00 am. After breakfast at a nearby venue we follow the scenic coast through Ulverstone & Penguin to the industrial city of Burnie to visit the Emu Valley Gardens and enjoy a morning tea opportunity. Tour south through west coast rainforest, mining towns and mineral rich mountains to the former hydro-electric village of Tullah. View ‘Wee Georgie Wood’ the tiny steam engine which played such a vital role in the development of Tasmania’s West Coast, and enjoy lunch at the Lakeside Chalet. Traverse the Tyndal Mountain Range through the Henty Valley past Lake Plimsoll to the copper mining town of Queenstown for the next two nights. Gold Rush Motor Inn

Day 4. Strahan (BLD) Gordon River Cruise Cruise the incomparable Gordon River into the heart of Tasmania's wilderness and the edge of World Heritage. Cross vast Macquarie Harbour, and visit Sarah Island, worst convict settlement of all. Voyage to Hell's Gates, the aptly named harbour entrance, follow the dark waters of the Gordon through ancient Huon pine, sassafras and myrtle rainforest to step ashore for a wilderness board-walk. On return to Strahan explore the village including the Huon Pine Saw Mill. Day 5. Wild Rivers - Waterfalls

Mt Field - Hobart (BD) Travel via spectacular Mt. Owen, the winding Gormanston Hill and ghost towns of the Chamonoi Valley. Cross Lake Burbury to enter the Wild Rivers National Park and enjoy a short bush-walk to Nelson Waterfalls. In Tarraleah Gorge view the penstocks and workings of an early hydro-electric installation. Cross the Central Plateau to the Mt. Field National Park and walk beneath a rainforest canopy of the world's tallest flowering plants to magnificent Russell Waterfalls, before descending through hills and hop fields to historic New Norfolk, to the City of Hobart the next four nights. Fountainside Motor Inn Day 6. Port Arthur Day (BD) Travel via Sorell Causeway and Midway Point for our full day tour to the Tasman Peninsula. At Copping Colonial Convict Collection delve into an amazing variety of nostalgic trash and treasure before taking in magnificent views across Pirates Bay at Eaglehawk Neck.

Continue to Port Arthur Convict site where the entry includes a guided tour of the ruins, and a short cruise across the harbour around the Isle of the Dead. There will be time to do your own exploring before returning to Hobart. Day 7. Huon Valley Tahune Airwalk (BD) Tour the picturesque Huon Valley with its apple orchards & towns of Huonville, Franklin and Geeveston to Tasmania’s southern eucalypt and Huon pine forests. En route enjoy a visit to the Apple & Heritage Museum at Grove. The Tahune Forest Reserve is the site of the Tahune Forest Airwalk, providing a unique opportunity to actually ‘walk amidst the tree tops’. Day. 8 Salamanca Markets Richmond Village Botanical Gardens (BD) Saturday in Hobart means market day and none come better than the famous Salamanca Market. Enjoy a stroll around the vibrant and colourful stalls featuring wonderful Tasmanian art, craft and food. Afterwards cross the Derwent to historic Richmond Village, site of Australia's oldest Catholic Church and stone bridge still in use. Explore the beautifully maintained stone village with its art and craft shops, bakeries and tea rooms before enjoying some quiet moments wandering Hobart’s Royal Botanical Gardens. Other activities include historic Battery Point, Salamanca Place and Constitution Docks.

Day 9. East Coast – Tasman Sea Tassie Devil – St. Helens (BD) Follow the Tasman Highway to the East Coast. Pause at the convict built, enigmatic Spiky Bridge, and gain views of Maria Island and the granite crags of Freycinet Peninsula. Swansea is the centre of Australia's first proclaimed rural municipality and the original Council Chambers are still in use. Tour north beside the Tasman Sea to the resort town of Bicheno to meet a Tasmanian Devil and other native birds and animals at the East Coast Birdlife & Animal Park. Continue to the fishing and holiday town of St. Helens on beautiful George Bay. Tidal Waters Resort Day 10. North East Trail (BD) Tamar Valley – Launceston Travel through the former tin mining area of Derby and the Red Bridge at Branxholm. Detour to Ledgerwood, home of the sensational tree carvings which are a tribute to our war heroes, and continue to the rich agricultural region of Scottsdale. Cross the unique A-frame Batman Bridge and tour the picturesque vineyard studded Tamar Valley to Grindelwald Swiss Village with its alpine style houses and unusual wood carvings. Overnight Mecure Hotel Day 11. City - Cataract Gorge Honey – Cradle Valley (BD) Today’s activities include Launceston City Centre shopping malls, parks and gardens, and magnificent Cataract Gorge with its cliff side gardens, peacocks, pools, a suspension foot-bridge and the longest single-span chair-lift in the world (ride own expense). Tour through farmlands to ‘taste the wilderness’ at the Chudleigh

Honey Farm. Tour through Paradise to the murals town of Sheffield before continuing across alpine cattle country to reach Cradle Mountain National Park. Cradle Mountain Chateau Day 12. Wilderness – (BD) Stanley Village –Smithton View the Wilderness Gallery before boarding the Shuttle Bus to tour into Dove Lake at the foot of the crags of Cradle Mountain and visit Waldheim, forest home of pioneer Gustav Weindor. Tour via the Vale of Belviour and the Black Bluff mountain range through west coast rainforest to the far north west village of Stanley, nestling at the foot of an ancient volcanic core known as ‘The Nut’ – (optional own expense chairlift ride to the top) Explore the historic village with its quaint terraced houses and fishing wharf, before continuing to Smithton for overnight. Tall Timbers Resort Day 13. Arthur River Cruise (BLD) Cruise the North West Tasmania River, 15kms along Arthur River. First to the river mouth, then upstream past the Arthur and Frankland River junction before continuing on to Warra Landing for lunch. It is stated that Arthur River is one of the last truly "wild rivers" of Australia. After our cruise we re-board our coach and travel to Wynyard. Waterfront Wynyard Day 14. Table Cape (BD) Devonport Bass Strait Visit Table Cape for magnificent views of mountains to the south and rich basalt farmlands extending to the edge of Bass Strait. Tour the city of Burnie and visit the Lactos Cheese Tasting Centre. Follow the Scenic Coast beside Bass Strait through

Ulverstone and the roadside gardens of Penguin to Devonport to tour Mersey Bluff. Passengers departing on the 13 day flight

Port Phillip Bay Melbourne – Goulburn (BD) Early risers may view the entry through The Heads into Port Phillip Bay and watch the Melbourne city skyline emerge during the cruise up the Bay to Station Pier Port Melbourne. On arrival around 7.00 am, disembark to rejoin your coach for travel to a nearby venue for breakfast. Our destination today is Goulburn.

Heritage Motor Inn Day 16. Goulburn – Gosford (B) Homeward bound today along the Hume Freeway, stopping along the way for morning tea and lunch. Upon arrival on the Central Coast you will transfer into our Mini coaches for transfer to your home. Please Note: 1. Passengers travelling on the Spirit of Tasmania are advised to take a carry on bag for your overnight voyages. Your main suitcase is to be left locked on board the coach which makes the crossing with you. 2. The Spirit of Tasmania requires passengers to supply Pension or Senior card numbers. Please supply this to us at time of booking.
