With the purchase of a stand, our exhibitors receive various services for stand and personnel. These in-clude basic stand equipment and 2 free exhibitor tick-ets. Should you wish to extend your stand, this is not a problem. On the following pages, you can choose which furniture you would like to book in the free basic version as well as further optional extras.

Changes to the SEPAWA typical honeycomb structures require explicit written approval by the organizer. This booth permit is only valid for the current congress and has to be renewed annually.Further information can be found in the Technical Guidelines under 3.3.

The exhibition hall itself has a very nice strip parquet flooring�(see�picture),�but�of�course�you�can�also�have�your stand design laid in color with a carpet if you wish.

All prices are net. Performance period is the SEPAWA Congress. Balance is due 100% after receipt of the invoice. Objections to the invoice shall only be considered if they are submitted within 14 days of the invoice issue date.If payment is not made in due time, the equipment will not be assembled.

Payments within 8 days will be granted with 2% discount.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be sent in writing to the organizer by e-mail.No cancellation fees apply for furniture orders before the following dates. . Prior to 30 August 2019: No cancellation fees for furniture orders apply. After 30 August 2019: 100% of the total amount is due. No-show: 100% of the total amount is due

The change of the particular maturity is based on 12:00 pm (noon) GMT+1.
