LESSONS IN THE HORSE RIDING ARENA

70€ for person 1H

Lessons for all levels:1. For beginners, the lessons consist of the

basics from saddling your horse to the fun-damentals of horse riding including improv-ing your balance and being in tune with your horse.

2. For the more experienced rider the lessons consist of various handling exercises of dif-fering difficulty with frequent transitions from one gait to the other (gait, trot and gallop) with jumps/poles at ground level.

TREKKING IN THE CASTELVECCHIO NATURE RESERVE

120€ for person (min. 2) 2H30

No better way to spend a relaxing morning in beautiful Tuscany than riding among the woodlands of the Nature Reserve of Castelvec-chio. The length of the trek and route makes it suitable for all levels of rider. Departing at 8:30 am and returning at approximately 11:00.

TREKKING WITH A PICNIC IN THE WOOD

On horseback explore the Tuscan hills and the Tenuta di Borgo Pignano estate. Stop for a wonderful picnic in a shaded wooded area, where you can enjoy an hour of relaxation while savoring typical Tuscan cuisine.Departing at 12:15 from the Pignano stable. Trek for 1 hour in the estate and enjoy a pic-nic in the woods of Pignano. Returning to the stables at approximately 2:30 pm.

TREK TO THE NEARBY WATERFALL WITH A PICNIC

130€ for person (min. 2) 2H15

One of the most beautiful settings that the estate offers, trek into the woods with a visit to the waterfall which is normally active during the months of April, May, June and October. The route includes a path almost totally immersed in nature and is of medium difficulty and only suitable for experienced riders. The trek includes a picnic at the foot of the waterfall. Departing at 12:15 from the Pignano stables. Trek for 1 hour in the estate and enjoy a picnic at the waterfall. Return-ing to the stables at approximately 2:30 pm.

“MOONLIGHT TREKKING”

85€ for person (min. 2) 1H

An exciting horseback ride by moonlight in the Pignano estate. Departing from the stables at 9:30 pm and returning at ap-proximately 10:30 pm including a glass of Prosecco at the stables. Program limited to full moon periods.

TREKKING AT SUNSET WITH AN APERITIVO

110€ for person (min2) 1H30

Take an evening trek on horseback and enjoy the sunset. Departing the stables at about 6:30 pm, stop for an aperitivo at the Poggio Belvedere to soak up the beautiful sunset and return at about 8:00 pm.

EXPERIENCED RIDERS

GALLOP

The Borgo Pignano estate offers the more ex-perienced rider the chance to ride one of our horses on an endurance horse training track. The track is about 1 km in length and mostly flat, enabling the more experienced rider to ride at a more rapid pace than that available on a trek. The expected duration of this ride is about 30 minutes and not suitable during the hottest times of the day. Not for beginners.

CHILDREN

EQUESTRIAN ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN

20€ for child (min. 2, max 5) 1H

An introduction to the equestrian world, learn all about horses through educational play. For children of 8 and above.

GUIDED HORSEBACK RIDE

30€ for child 0H30

30-minute trek for children aged 5 and up. The lesson will take place in the practice are-na or by taking a walk in the estate. The in-structor will guide the horse by the reins from the ground. If there are two or more children present on two different horses, the presence of at least one parent is required.
