Time for public comment will be provided at the end of the meeting. This Stormwater Advisory Group meeting will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in Wasilla at the Central Mat-Su Public Safety Building, 101 W. Swanson Avenue, at the corner of Lucille Street and Swanson Ave. Future target meeting dates are 2/22/12; 3/27/12; and 4/18/12. Comments received by 3:00 PM one week prior to the meeting will be included in the Platting Board packet. Comments received up to 4:00 PM one day prior to the meeting will be given to the Platting Board in a “Hand Out” packet the day of the meeting.

In order to be eligible to file an appeal from a decision of the Platting Board, a person must be designated an interested party pursuant to MSB 15.39.010. The procedures governing appeals to the Board of Adjustment & Appeals are contained in MSB 15.39.010-250, which is available on the borough Internet home page located at (http://www.matsugov.us), or at various libraries within the borough.
