How Does it Attack and Spread?
The most common tick to spread Lyme disease, is the deer tick.
1. The tick will receive disease from :
Mice
Chipmunks Birds
If it is not already infected.
2. The infected tick bites the organism for at least 36-72 hours.
3. Borrelia burgdorferienters the bloodstream of the victim and causes ared ring to form, it is called a bulls eye.
4. The organism soon develops Lyme disease.

Interesting Facts
Lyme disease got its name from Lyme,
Connecticut. In the 1970s most illnesses from
the disease occurred there.
A distinct cut usually appears 3 to 33 days
after a tick bite.
The first vaccine was made in 1998, however it
was removed from stores in 2002 for several
reasons: cost, autoimmune problems.
