Coin-operated distributors

Operation: via keypadand display a free socketis selected. After insertingcoins (or token coins) the coin acceptor pre-sets the kWh value and activates the socket. The currently preset kWh value is shown on the display and is up-dated after each inser-tion of a coin (max. 99 coins).For checking purposes the kWh value can be read on the display and - if necessary - be re-plenished.

Control: the total con-sumption can be read directly from the built-in electronic counter. The counters are cali-brated, legally attested and carry an approval mark, and can thus beused for billing purposes.

Settings: By means of a concealed keypad and display (hidden be-hind the locked cover of the coin box) the owner can change the kWh presetting per coin (or token coin) at any time.

• Doors

All doors are equipped with self-engaging door stops which protect the operator from the hazards of slammingdoors.

Transformer compact stations


• Bosecker compact transformer stations ...

… are used in all places where a high energy output is required at one spot, e.g. in residential and industrial areas, on large construction sites and on fairs.

• Safety

Bosecker compact stations are produced and type-tested according to IEC 62271-202„High voltage/low voltage prefabricated substation”.The internal arc fault test, thetemperature rise test and theEMC test are the most essen-tial tests of this standard.”

• Material

All external enclosure ele-ments are made of stainlesssteel (steel grade no. 1.4301).The supporting frame of thelow voltage switchgear as wellas the internal covers consistof hot-galvanised sheet steel.Enclosures made of hot-gal-vanised sheet steel available on request.

• Lacquer coating

All Bosecker compact sta-tions have a heavy-metal free two-component lacquer coating. Colour optional ac-cording to RAL colour chart.

• Maintenance

The enclosure consists of maintenance free material. Should damages be caused for mechanical reasons, doors or wall elements can be exchanged. Due to the use of stainless steel a dam-age to the lacquer coating will not cause corrosion.

• Locking system

The doors are locked by means of a bar lock with pivoted lever and aEuro profi le cylinder lock.

On request a pivoted lever for a double locking system or a padlock can be fi t in.

• Ventilation system

A labyrinth ventilation system inside the roof structure, theside walls and the doorsensures that lost heat from the transformer is quicklydissipated. Furthermore the ventilation system avoids condensation water on the installations. Additionally protective sheets at the side walls prevent the interior frombeing heated up excessively by the sunlight.
