• We are offering a simple 2-year promissory note that will earn 12% annually in our Fund.

and construction business following my father and grandfather. • In Swampscott Mass, a street is named after my grandfather.

• Bounty Homes Corp will be the borrower of the promissory note.

• Your investment is thru bank wire transfer or ACH Check.• Once you transfer the funds, and we receive the funds, the transaction

and terms of the transaction become binding on all parties. We will send you an acknowledgement that we have received your funds.

• The 2-year term starts when the funds clear and you will receive 100% of your investment plus 12% annual interest on or before the 2-year Note term ends.
